★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not realize my doctor chose this location for my Ultrasound until you called to remind me of the appointment, had I noticed before hand I would have never let him make the appointment with your company to begin with.
Over a year ago I miscarried . Not uncommon. The way it was handled is what, to this day, makes me shake with anger. I went in for an emergency ultrasound as I was bleeding profusely, upon arriving your front desk staff was very polite. I was sent to the back room to see a Russian lady. She told me to lie down and proceeded to ignore all my questions, I was very nervous, this was my first pregnancy and my husband and I had been trying for a long time. After ignoring me the entire time she doesn't even look at me, she just says "no heart beat, its dead" and WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM! NOTHING ELSE SAID! How disgustingly heartless do you have to be?! I would never set foot back in that building, I have always been very verbal about how much this practice disgusts me with my friends and on social media. Someone like her should not be in this field of business. I hope no one else ever has to deal with something like this and I hope others use a practice such as MIC where the staff is polite, professional and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unprofessional establishment. Doctors have very POOR bedside manners and are SUPER unexperianced. The way they talk to people is discusting. Make you wait over 40 mins for an appointment and don't give you more than 5 min of there time. These doctor's have no issues billing you for more though. Still waiting over an hour for my appointment. Are they over booking or can't seem to follow a proper agenda ? When you come in with complains they don't take you seriously and dont do PROPPER, THOUROUGH assesments on there patients. Don't waste your time as they have consumed enough of mine. Wish there was an option for no starts because they don't deserve any. Tell your friends and family!! They should be and will be reported to the CPSA!!!! College of Physicians, Surgeons of Alberta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and staff are really good and have no complaints . The only reason I am giving 2 star is that they don't pick up the call in timely basis. In last 2 days I have tried calling them betwen 1130 to 230 pm multiple time, waited for almost 20 mins and still didn't get through it. They need to have a better plan in place during the peak hours.

I had received a diagnosis for a mental health disorder from a group of psychologists as recommended by my therapist, however they could not prescribe me the medication I require so I booked an appointment to see Dr Lin at Ross Creek.
Immediately Dr Lin appeared to scoff at the diagnosis report I had received, and began to interrogate my history and symptoms while barely glancing at the report. After his line of questions, he told me I was "defending" a "self diagnosis" and suggested that the mental health clinic I had gone to was just handing out reports, giving people what they wanted to hear. It was obvious that he had only a vague understanding of the mental health condition and it's symptoms in adults.
It was humiliating and insulting to have to defend myself regarding a condition that I have struggled with for years only to be told after a 5 minute interrogation that it's not real.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had cortisone injections here as has my mother. We also both have all our radiology needs done here and also mammography. There is never a long wait for an appointment, there are never line ups at reception, the booking person is exceptionally polite, patient and good at her job, the desk is as well. There is never a long wait for treatment. At this clinic you don't feel like cattle like you do at some of the others and I like that when you book your appointment you book it with the actual clinic, not a central booking location like MIC or Canadian Diagnostic. And lastly, you can always get through to the actual clinic on the phone rather than when you go through a central booking number. So all in all they get my 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is unorganized, and doesn't really care.
They were unprepared for my appointment, and then trying to contact them is a nightmare. I had to keep calling repeatedly for 35 minutes to finally be put on hold, then put on hold for 35 minutes to be rerouted to their address and fax number line instead of booking coordinator , then disconnected, then had to call for another 35 minutes to be put back on hold.
I showed up for my appointment on time and they did not have the supplies to complete the appointment, rebooked and wasting my time again.
ABSOLUTELY Unacceptable. I have never been more disappointed in a Medical Office before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a clinic you want to go to if your wanting help with mental health and or anxiety problems , I was seeing a physician here for over 15 years and have struggled with mental health and anxiety for years through out that time . I went to said physician seeking help today and she refused to help me . Even after several failed attempts at trying to make an appointment with her , if there’s a 2 week wait period , any person with a serious mental health situation would go somewhere to receive immediate attention . Doctors like this are the reason why people don’t get help for there anxiety and mental health , avoid this clinic at all costs !!!!!
