Staff were extra friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The room amenities were just average.

The overall experience was really great and the staffs are friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The booking process, check in and check outs are really easy. Highly recommend

I don't often leave reviews... but I think it is a must this time. I have stayed at so many Hamptons over the years and I was thoroughly disappointed by this location. The room was not clean, at least not the standard that I have experienced previously. I actually cleaned the bathroom floor myself which was covered in debris and hair from whomever was in the room previously. The Manager insisted on "cleaning" my room after 2 days even though we are still in a pandemic and should be following the covid protocol which means reduced cleans during extended stays. I used quotations because in my opinion my room was not cleaned. The bed was made, sheets not changed, no vacuuming was done, I had some fresh towels but old ones weren't removed, and it didn't smell clean. I would say my room was tidied which was completely unnecessary and created more contact with staff than was needed. Again. Pandemic. The fitness room and pool both had no towels... That is a lie the fitness room had a single towel. The pool room itself was an actual ice box. Absolutely freezing which kind of explains why no-one but myself attempted to use it. There was also a snow storm during my stay and the parking lot was not adequately cleaned. Getting in and out of the lot was nearly impossible. Thank god I have an all wheel drive car. Multiple staff members got stuck coming in/out as well. Parking? I mean the snow made it virtually impossible to park on the side of the lot with plugs. I was informed the "machine had broken and so they couldn't finish the job but that the manager was getting it taken care of" 3 days later... No change. Parking lot still full of snow. During my stay I also witness the manager reprimanding a staff member in the hallway where guests could see and hear the entire conversation. Super professional *sarcasm*. The only saving grace of this hotel is the front desk staff and the woman who made breakfast each day. She was a literal ray of sunshine. The front desk staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was good. Including loaning me a snow brush (from their own vehicle) until I was able to make it to a store to purchase one for myself. I would never stay at this hotel again and I will not be recommending it to anyone either. There are many hotel choices in Fort Sask and this one should be a last resort.

I do not recommend staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The initial room I had booked on the app was disgusting. Pizza boxes and half drank pop bottles and towels everywhere. If it was β€œclean,” I’d hate to see what they look like before! The front desk staff, Bennett, was extremely accommodating. He moved me to another king room. But about a half hour after settling in, I was told that room was already booked. So I had to move a second time. Third times the charm however, and I was finally able to settle in. After all the issues, the manager only lowered my rate by $20 and β€œpromised” me more points. I haven’t seen the additional points yet. Actions that could have happened include actually cleaning the rooms. Need better housekeeping services. Hopefully they can implement some new policies and find housekeeping service staff. as a frequent HHonors member w Diamond status, I have come to expect better quality and I will not stay here again!

I was having issues with my booking but the staff was friendly and helpful especially Sunena she’s friendly and professional got everything figured and finally the customer is happy

There was a bug infestation in my room and it was very dirty, cobwebs in the closet, etc. You could tell it had not been thoroughly cleaned. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and showed her pictures and she named the beetles! The manager then wrote me an email and said they inspected the room for bed bugs and did not find any so hopefully I stay again. I never actually said they were bed bugs, but there were bugs crawling around everywhere and likely in the bed too. Not in my life. Worst hotel room in all my years of staying anywhere. I wrote back clarifying where they were with multiple pictures and no response (two weeks ago). Barely slept a wink. I killed dozens in the bathroom. Every time I went back to the tile area , there were more, coming out of the walls. They were crawling across the hall into other rooms so given it was late at night when we arrived, I didn't even want to change rooms as there seemed to be an infestation. The person who contacted me via email said he found none and I never heard another word so customer service doesn't seem to be a priority. If you choose to stay here, inspect the floor very carefully as I didn't see them at first until I saw one and then there were more and more but the dark carpet and tile made it hard to see them at first if you aren't paying attention or looking down at the floor.

Room was not clean , remote for the tv was broken, no toilet paper, no extra bedding for the pull out couch, barely any towels and ended up cleaning the room up myself. The missing room supplies couldn't even be delivered to the room had to go get them from the front desk and restock the room myself. Pool was also really cold. Over expensive for the poor service.
