★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way over priced, went in to check it out and left. Went and Got the EXACT same product and model I was looking at, down the road at another popular adult store 75% CHEAPER. Aside from price gouging this location didn't offer any customer services besides a hello and goodnight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 4 star goes to the general manager who always make the right and logic decision, for example, about products that can be exchanged, and product that can't, which is a simple decision the manager couldnt make. Why is she even the manager, if she can't make a logic decision? The last time I was there to return a product, she was so angry when the general manager told her that the product must be displayed to avoid this issue, that she started throwing offensive words at me with the support of two police puppet guys, who were already there, for inquiries about a theft at the store. I dont mind about the puppet police, because I know that they were being hypnotized by her sweet words; shame on the police department for those gigolo's who were trapped emotionally, instead of listening to facts. In the past I have also seen people returning products like toys in the store, and hanging it to their hangers by themself, while the manager was on duty. This probably means that the products were being rented. I would confirm this truth in front of the general manager at anytime, whenever she wants to know about what I witnessed. Yep, there's something fishy going on, that the general manager needs to review and correct.

Fast, reliable we and got what we needed and communication was fast and to sum it all up in one word! “PERFECT”
So for anyone who wants literally anything this place has it online or in the store at there many locations and the staff at the 97 Street location were awesome too and helpful and this place is your one stop for anything you need regardless you desires....
So in closing here is a little humour cause it’s just me lol....”HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE!
It will get you off the couch or out of the dog house in one visit to the store or online site! Just a tip for fellow guys that love there wife...???

We go there quite often now and she knows almost every product, can make recommendations and has saved us money on mo than one occasion. Because of the type of business, I won't put her name on this review but she has provided me with the best customer I've received from any type of business. I love this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night I was here and my VERY valid government issued Indian status card proving that I am 23 years of age was denied despite it being valid government issued I'd, on numerous occasions through our conversation I asked him to check up online about the laws of which id is valid identification or not and not one time did he comply or try, just completly denied me access to the store, I am a paying customer and am super disappointed with the situation that happened. My boyfriend had a regular driver's license as id and the man working at the store was VERY nice and polite to him and as soon as I pulled out my Indian status Id card I was immediately treated different and was denied access I left the store in tears because I felt discriminated against and upset , moral of the story is I will never bring my business here regardless of the countless purchases I have made from this store. Super disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place has extensive collection of everything you need to spice things up in the bedroom. I was positively surprised when lady on the phone told me they’re open 24/7.
I was looking for a perfect gift for my friends birthday and something for myself. We arrived at the store around 11 pm and stayed there for two hours. The girl that worked that night, Ashley was just amazing, sweet and helpful. I love how she does her job with so much confidence. She’s also very discreet if you’re timid to ask questions, she’ll pull you aside so you can have a private conversation.
Before purchasing any of their merchandise they will unbox it and make sure it works properly. Owner surely understands the needs of the market and they offer many other items including Epson salt, outfits, board games, equipment for bachelor parties and everything you need for smoking.. will be back for sure!
