★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i used to go here regularly until last fall. totally new staff. would not tell me what happened to the old owner. no diplomas on the wall. could not see their qualifications. i used to get laser hair removal on my face. the girl just handed me the glasses. didn't check to see if i put them on right or not. thank god i knew how to do it. she had no idea as to what to set the machine at. i had to ask for the cooling gel at the end of it. i also had to ask for the spf. have not gone back. scared to.

I love how accommodating she is especially during this pandemic and her packages are set at a very good price compared to other Lightsheer treatments I’ve paid for in the past. Overall I rate this place 5 stars for excellent customer service. If it weren’t for Rosey I wouldn’t have seen such great results!
