P	Pauline Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Groupon because the deal was too good to pass up on and now I know why. Made an appointment for 11:45am. Arrived 5 minutes early. Sat in the main salon for roughly 10 minutes before someone directed me to a pedicure spa chair to soak my legs, which I did UNTIL 12:35pm. My esthetician found out she was training someone (whom she didn't know and thought was with me at first) and so spent my entire appointment explaining every little thing she did to the trainee. I wouldn't have minded that so much if the esthetician didn't allow the trainee to apply polish to my right foot while the esthetician applied polish to my left foot. It was obvious the trainee had zero experience (and no idea whether she was going to work there or not!) because the polish on my right toes are uneven in finish (some toes lighter than others), unsmooth with air bubbles, and the corner of my big toe is half finished. My manicure, which was performed in a small closet space with an open doorway, did not include a hand soak (which is standard everywhere) or trimming of loose dry skin around my cuticles, and the shellac polish did not cover my entire nail. I can clearly see my nail whites through the glitter pink colour on half my fingers. I was also instructed to be in charge of drying my nails in the UV lighting device.

I was beyond happy with the service and price I got from the amazing Helen. Thank you for your service will come back.

I have been there for a deep tissue massage , the therapist her name was Lemlem has done a very great job. she is very talented ,knowledgeable. I felt very relaxed after her treatment. We were there 2 1/2 hours. The utensils used on our feet were used for both of us as well as our hands. The towels covering the manicure table were not clean. No red nail polish was available; the color selection was sparse. It took some time to get an appointment due to them being cancelled. Totally disappointing.

The massage room was a fold out chair and a massage table. The massage certificates were crooked on the walls and there was literally a tablet set to a "relaxing spa noise" YouTube channel. The massage wasn't a massage- it was more like light pinching and was extremely uncomfortable. The entire place is unclean and there was no one else in there except for us. Avoid!
