★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with one of the employees at this store. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and professional and comfortable. However other employees I feel not so comfortable with as they follow too close and interrupt my shopping experience to tell me why I shouldn't buy anything that I pick up. I hope they fix their issues or they will certainly lose another customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought it was rude I was being followed and watched . You shouldn’t make your customers feel that way when they are spending 100 on a piece of sting . Very unprofessional , I ended up leaving I felt very uncomfortable being in that store ! The whyte age location .

I really liked the person who assisted me she was so knowledgeable and very friendly.
However the management of this store has completely turned me off. I was sold a malfunctioned product and upon returning it was discovered that they only had damaged ones left. The staff investigated and confirmed the remaining unit of that product type was damaged. Instead of apologizing for selling me a malfunctioned product and for only having malfunction ones left the manager gave me the option to get something else and store credit for the remaining balance. This therefore meant forcing me to use the store credit to get something else I didnt want because they didnt want to return the cash.
I understand they have a no cash return policy however selling customers damaged products and forcing them to get something they dont want is completely UNACCEPTABLE. After being disappointed for being sold a damaged product and realizing the other remaining unit was also damaged and then forcing me to either spend more money or get something I didnt want I felt not valued as a customer.
Up top of this you can tell the staff are told to follow customers closely so the shopping experience is completely uncomfortable. I had two staff members walking behind me while looking around. Such a uncomfortable store to shop. The staff who assisted me turned out to be the silver lining however I wont return.
