Manager "Fernando" rampaging around the office yelling at his co-workers about how his pay had better be there on the 15th. An absolute giant baby, when I arrived I had originally thought that this was an upset customer.... It's actually the manager.
If you're looking to get your taxes done in a timely manor, this is NOT the place to come. 45 minutes later and it took 3 people to seemingly crowdsource the information they needed to actually file my taxes.
I highly advise going somewhere more competent (Does McDonalds do taxes? At least they have customer service abilities.) Don't settle just because the location is close to you like I did. Huge mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no problems here. The staff were friendly and quick. He explained everything i needed to know and reviewed some errors i made last year. I was in and out within 30 minutes. They were a bit pricier than my last place but thats my only complaint.
