★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patty is an extraordinary teacher if you get the chance to attend one of her classes you will not be disappointed.
I've taken my CPR a few different times in my life and I have to say I did not feel as engaged or prepared for a real life situation. The six hours I was there seemed daunting but, it actually flew by and I left having actually retained the information that was taught to me. Honestly, I felt like if I had to apply the training the moment I left I would feel confident that I had a fighting chance of helping someone in need.
Patty is a paramedic who uses real life examples and personal experiences to relate the gravity of the training you learn in her class. Her passion for helping people learn in order to potentially help and save someones life is inspiring.
The only criticism I would give and to help others, is the location can be tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area its above the convenience store inside the main doors for those that are planning on attending the course and get lost along the way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I completed my recertification here today and it was an all around great experience. I especially enjoyed how accommodating the schedule was. I was searching for a recertification that would be happening soon and I was lucky to find SOS in Stoney Creek which had availability the very next day! Lee is an excellent and entertaining instructor. He was very pleasant and refreshed us on the material in a very informative and interesting way. I enjoyed his stories in relation to the material taught. Thank you for the great job, Lee! I would love to come back for all my future recertifications!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience. Thought to myself before “really ?? I gotta waste my Sunday on this ??” But once our group was greeted by Michelle I knew it was gonna be an interesting course. She was very informative and had a lot of experiences and examples from her own life. And not to mention really fun and kept it entertaining. Thank you for the great time and would definitely recommend to everybody !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the mask fit test with instructor Patrick Sacco, and he was great. He made sure the model we were testing for was appropriate for our face shape and that we all achieved a good seal. Very friendly and respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The course was fantastic and well taught by the instructor. Patty was very informative and engaging in teaching these very vital skills! The classroom was also a safe place and very conscious of the social distancing and sanitizing requirements, I never once felt unsafe or uneasy with the conduct of the instructor or any of my peers. I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking to get their First Aid certifications.
