The building is hard to find (back of the plaza, door with no sign for CPR and up two flights of carpeted stairs, down a hallway....) There were no instructions on where to find the building so I went into the bank to ask and the women who told me where to go asked if it was for CPR so I have a feeling they get people asking a lot. I was told ahead of time that if I emailed customer service my past credentials i wouldnt need to bring them but once i got there i was told i did need my credentials. This happened to pretty much everyone. Huge hassle. They dont have wifi so i had to use my data. I was one of TWO people in the room who had the wrong credentials and had gotten the all-clear from customer service. The instructor said it happened a lot. :/ the training felt rushed so that we could leave an hour early. People in the training were wearing their masks below their noses and the instructor didnt say anything. They sent me the wrong certification and i still need to iron this out with them. They've offered me a $13 dollar discount on the course i need to get all the certification i need with them and that's not enough of a discount for me to use their classes again.

I was very appreciative of this experience. I had to rebook a few times and it was easy to do online. When I arrived at the session, I was really impressed by the instructor - she got everyone's names and never dropped a beat. Training was efficient and fun. Will recert here again!

I recently did my first aid and cpr blended class and it was amazing! I had Kallie as the instructor and she knew how to deliver the content in engaging ways! I will be recommending this to my fellow educators when they renew!

I loved how laid back this course was. Kali was fantastic. We got all the information delivered and a friendly casual way that was so easy to absorb. I will definitely look at doing a recertification with you in 3yrs

Kalli was a great instructor! Covid has had its challenges, with social distancing in a group environment. With this in mind, Kalli was able to use demonstrations as well day to day circumstances for us to best understand various situations/scenarios.

Kalli is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic when teaching. She provides great insight with her personal life which supplements our learning for cpr. I personally wouldn’t have grasped the concepts and training well enough if she didn’t make personal connections, which I appreciate her providing background with her personal experience- it makes the training more meaningful! Thank you

Knowledgeable instructor, was prompt and went through the material at a decent pace. However, I was given attitude when I showed up for the class. Immediately as I walked in the door I was greeted with an annoyed tone telling me to wait outside for her to ask me covid screening questions. I was also rather rudely told that I 'needed' to wear a mask as if I should have known that before I arrived. The mask mandates have been dropped. You may not force people to wear a mask for 8 straight hours, especially when already socially distanced. The "reasoning" that was provided for requiring masks I also found to be..... unclear. In terms of the instructor, yes she was very knowledgeable but she also asked personal questions for the first 45 minutes of the presentation. Asking people if they had children, how old, what they do in their free time. A waste of time in my opinion as it needlessly prolonged the length of the class. She also drifted in and out of relevancy throughout the rest of the presentation, talking about her vaccination status, handwashing, and stories from her personal life that had no relation to the subject matter. This course costs over 100 dollars and if I were to actually have paid for it myself I would feel that I was ripped off.
