★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. Replacement sole was misaligned at the heel, which should have been obvious to the cobler the moment he put it on. It left a tab that regularly caught on things ànd eventually pulled the sole away. He trimmed the tab and reglued the sole but not well. Every time I step on it, it makes a squishy noise. Not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience - do not go there!!! I brought $200 boots in to get a new 8" zipper on them. No word for 3 weeks so I stopped by to pick up. My boots were damaged, had the wrong coloured zippers and he wanted $110 (even though a friend got 12" zippers on her boots and paid $75). They didn't take responsibility for damage, nor did they offer to reduce the price. I wasn't given my boots back. Soraya's alterations is also owned by this guy so beware!!
