We purchased a Snow boots for our kid Nov17. But size was not fit after weared. They refused to exchange a different size even the next day We bring it back. Store Manager Jessica Donskova is so rude. Whoever plan to buy shoes in this Store, be careful.

I don’t usually write reviews but this is one time that I simply could not pass up on it. If I could give it 0 star, I would. Tried to return a sandal which I had bought online and the clerk had the audacity to tell me that it looks like it had been used. So, the only fact I can conclude from it is that whoever handles the online store sent me a used one. Am completely shocked that especially in these time of Covid, this could happen. Either ways(human error or not), do not ever accuse your customer. I eventually did get the refund but will not be recommending this store to anyone. Stay away. Buyers beware!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and lack of care by their customer service team. My wife returned items to 4 other stores with no questions asked. SoftMoc refused to reason with her and gave the response "we don't care" right to her face. Offering a store credit when a refund is being requested will guarantee one thing, that after that credit is gone I will never shop at SoftMoc again and will make sure to spread the word about the bad customer experience.

Came in on black Friday Sunday at open and was extremely organized and efficient. Great service and was in and out in no time even with all of those people shopping this morning

Bad choice! If I could give 0 stars, I would for sure. The customer are not understanding and I’m not happy with the product. I bought a winter boots and I can’t even walk on the snow because it’s really very slippery. I tried to explain this issues and they said β€œwe can’t help you cuz I wear it already one time”. So now I have 200$ boots and I can’t even wear it… DISAPPOINTED

The worst. Spent 45 minutes here today. The shoes I wanted to purchase were out of stock (which isn't the annoying part), ordered them online to be delivered to my house, then went back realizing I was charged $10 extra for them. Apparently the store forgot to update the sale price tags attached to the shoe, so they tried to rectify the issue by applying a discount for the $10, but after waiting around forever, with a huge line behind me, they said customer service refused to do it. What an enormous waste of time. Your mistake, but I pay more? No thanks. Refunded my purchase, found same shoes online at sportchek and placed an order. I was a regular customer at SoftMoc but they've just lost my business going forward. Get yourself together.

we waited for 30min prior to being attended to. we arrived one hour prior to closing and there was a staff of 4 working. 2 young ladies were walking around and seemed like they were doing end of business day stock count. very disappointing experience. customer service was horrible. please avoid this shop
