The people working here are always very helpful and trying to accommodate your every wish and want. Selection is ok, considering that the store itself is not huge, and changes regularly.

I have been to this store twice, first time I was completely ignored by uninterested staff (I was the only customer), second time, one employee, 6 customers. I surrender, keep your shoes, Skechers are for sale everywhere.

One of my favorite places to find Birkenstocks. The selection that they have is better then most places and if you've never owned a pair, I suggest you head to soft MOC to get some. They will be the only shoe you wear this summer!!

This is my favourite place to buy shoes. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you find a shoe that fits your foot and your style. They are good with returns (I bought a pair of shoes that were too small) and will help you find shoes at another location if they are out of the size and colour. Thanks for making shoe shopping so pleasant.

Can't agree with the latest customer review from mel indira. This store staff needs more training. They also shut at me and said " you are not welcome to the store anymore" since then I never shop at soft Mac even online. Horrible service and horrible store at Edmonton downtown store. Never go to downtown store. you won't get good service.

I would never reccomend shopping here they have the worst customer service. My first experience with them I walked in with a $125 to $150 budget for winter boots that could handle -25 weather. I had no specific wants for color or style just warm boots. I was sold a pair stating they would be good for that temperature and when I wore then in -10 weather my feet froze. When I went back to the store she explained that they have had customer complaints about these not being warm and they would happily exchange and find me something else. I bought another pair of boots for $150 and was so happy with them until recently when I noticed my right heel was sinking into the heel of the boot more than the left and upon further inspection and testing noticed that the left boot had a full rubber sole and the right boot felt hollow. I called the store to see if they kept records of receipts because I no longer had mine and was greeted by a very rude tone who snapped we don't return worn items. I questioned why she said that as all I asked for was the reciept and she snapped back that I have to come into the store and they could try to find it. I went to the store and the Manager found the ticket number but explained she could not print the reciept but gave me the info to contact customer service who should be able to I also showed her the defect and she did agree that the right heel that should be filled with rubber feels hollow and she offered a store credit as they don't stock the boots in the off season but then she encouraged me to go through the actual company if I really like the boots as I almost paid full price and maybe they could just get me a new right boot . I thanked her and went outside of the store and called and was advised I could have accessed my reciepts through my softmoc account the customer service rep on the phone was beyond helpful and wonderful. I went back in the store just to let the manager know what I learned about accessing my reciept so the next time they have a customer looking they could tell them to go online where it is stored instead of coming into the store when they actually couldnt give it to me. The other worker beside her said we are just people and I said yes of course noone knows it all and that is why I came back to share so other customers could have a easier time when looking for a reciept. She then got combative with me while her Manager stood next to her and smiled at me. I voiced that I filed a complaint with customer service based on the rude phone conversation and the rude customer service in store when just trying to get my proof of purchase. The worker then said to me in a loud rude tone well you are welcome to not come back here if you filed a complaint already. Just all in all horrible customer service from Management down and i would run not walk away from this store.

I visited for the first time after many years, and was treated really awesome by the staff who suggested a way I could fix a shoe problem. It is awesome to see real locals, who do their best in retail in adversity and stimulating ideas of the society. Good on yah
