★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a Beachcomber 720 from Dean at SML. I love the Beachcomber product line, this being my 2nd tub but what really sets SML apart is their customer service. Dean and Brett walked me through the various models and took the time to understand what options made sense for my family and I. Tub delivery and setup was also done professionally by Mike and when I had a minor issue with a piece of outside skirting the SML team came out promptly and took care of it. I highly recommend the SML team and when I get my third hot tub that’s the place I will head.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough good things about this company. I purchased my hot tub from SML Entertainment over 5 years ago. I experienced amazing customer service when I was looking for a hot tub. They listened to what my needs and wants were and fit me for the exact tub I wanted. Not once did they try to upsale me on a tub that was too big or that I didn't need. Since then, I always purchase my chemicals and hot tub essentials from SML and the customer service is always amazing! When Ive needed service done on the tub, I always get a fast response and quick professional service. The service guys are helpful, knowledgable, and always communicate the problem and what my options are for solutions. Never pushy or grumpy. I recommend SML Entertainment to anyone looking for a hot tub!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several years ago we purchased a pool table for use in the utility room of our condominium.
We shopped around for a good deal and selected SML because we knew the table was going to be in high demand and it was SML’s reputation for quality service that convinced us to purchase the table from them.
In the three years since then we have called SML several times seeking assistance on general maintenance. Their response time has always been immediate and the quality of their work and attention to detail has been exceptional.
We are currently planning on adding additional equipment and look forward to dealing with SML again.

Not only are their products high quality, stylish and just beautiful, the customer service is top notch. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a very cold period our hot tub stopped heating. It was late in the afternoon and I was worried about our hot tub freezing. The SML agent, Ashely, took my call and offered advice and support. Over the course of a few calls she was able to get a technician to come over late in the day although she informed me the technician might not have the right part in the truck. The technician, Mike, came and he was very helpful and informative. He was able to figure out the problem and how to deal with it efficiently and quickly. He was both knowledgeable and flexible in his approach to problem solving (he did not have the exact part with him). I am appreciative of how I was treated and the service that was provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience only goes so far as ordering online, but they do a great job in that area. Our local hot tub supplier closed, and the manufacturer of the chemicals we used referred us to SML. Not only did they also respond to the email inquiry to introduce themselves, they explained the deals available, how to order online, and various ways to get the product with the ongoing pandemic. They delivered directly to our door and provided good communication on that as well.

From product knowledge - including answering our many questions along the way - to managing the logistics of delivery and install of our tub during the pandemic, our experience with SML was excellent. Follow-up questions about tub functions and water care, months after installation were also answered promptly and thoroughly. We would definitely recommend SML to anyone looking to for a hot tub.
