★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always always always out of stock on the items our teams need in the sizes we need. Go in for a once a year big sale and they don't even have the stock to support the need... The discount you are supposed to get on some items being a Pheonix family is hardly ever applied and if I hadn't been told but someone outside the store I wouldn't have known... It's hard to support a place that has the monopoly on the Pheonix logo gear that isn't honest with its customers... Like the short sale..... Would have been nice to know those shorts are going to be gone for the outdoor season before people bought them "on sale" .... Simply dissatisfied. Our kids can just wear the gear minus the Pheonix logo bought from other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called before I came in and when I got there they had 1 poor person working and the store was busy, and didn't have the size I called about. Not the person working but the person answering the phone maybe next time take time to go see if you do have the size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place on Google when I was in a bit of a pinch trying to get smaller replacement soccer shoes for my son. They had a ton of selection and all things soccer in there. Girl at the front desk was super nice and helped us right away. Very cool place and will for sure be back.
Editing to add: my visit was today around like 5:30 ish and we got the size 12 1/2 adidas indoor shoes. So shout out to who ever she was that was working, but I unfortunately didn’t get her name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl who works yells at customers and refuses to check for stock when asked. She also yells at the other employees in the store over any questions that they have. She doesn’t seem to understand the idea of customer service or respect for her coworkers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came by a few months ago to find some new soccer shorts, and the nicest employee spent at least 15 minutes helping me find the pair that fit best, as I was a bit indecisive. Amazing store, always my first choice when I need any soccer equipment as a player and team manager! Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called here today to make sure they had my kiddos size before going and the woman on the phone was so friendly and helpful. After being to the big box store and getting terrible service it was nice to get such amazing help from the young man working the front. We were able to get my kiddo the proper size cleat, and the price was right too. Thank you! Will be back for sure.
