M	Maureen Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approx. 1 year ago The mattress I bought felt ok when I tested it out at the sleep country store at Unicity However, unfortunately it didn't feel like it should have at home. I returned it and replaced it. This time, I spent a lot of time trying to pick out exactly the right one. Again, unfortunately it was still extremely firm and very uncomfortable. ( I was so disappointed.) Since this was my second chance, I wasn't allowed another try. The sales person was rude, to say the least. I was told that I have to keep it and that it would take time to become comfortable. It didn't matter who I called in the company I had exactly the same response. I have had this mattress for about year now, and it is still very, very uncomfortable!!! It was very expensive to buy and therefore I have been trying to make it work for me by adding soft blankets etc. But nothing works. I wake up in pain every morning. So every time I see the ad on TV- I feel very disheartened because my experience has been so bad. I will have to get rid of this mattress ( to the dump) and buy another one - somewhere else of course

The lady who sold us this told us we would not regret it and she was right. After not sleeping well for the last month. I have slept like a baby every night since the mattress was delivered. Oh and let me tell you about the delivery. The guys were awesome. It was a tight squeeze in getting the mattress in and they powered through and got it done in no time. They hauled the old mattress out and donated it to someone who can use it rather than sending it to a landfill. Super happy with the service. If all goes according to plan we'll get our next mattress there in 15-20 years. No high pressure sales just honest folks trying to make an honest living. If you need a new mattress do yourself a favor and just go to sleep country for your next mattress. That's all I have to say on that.

D	DB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a king mattress sales guy was nice. BUT, the delivery was terrible, the guy called early am, gave me a time between 11- 3 pm. I explained my situation to him, and he said I’ll be there ASAP- 4 hours later not even the 3 hour time window period their policy is. 4 hours to them is ASAP? Delivery guy Andrew. I spoke with Neil at store he was not cooperative either.His attitude was so big deal.Also not one single home number on the web site or leaflet provided by this company works. Poor customer service. I will not be returning to this company in future.

When the truck arrived the men delivering the mattress said it wasn't on the bill so fortunately I could pay them. They were fantastic. Now I believe my bill stated free mask or slippers never received.

Ed was very helpful with assisting us in selecting a more appropriate set. Delivery in both cases was efficient with pleasant staff. We are very satisfied with our new bed.

The sheer excitement and professionalism that Rob had went he hopped out of his chair to assist actually got me excited to be in the store! After he found out I was in to just to buy some pillows didn't change his attitude in any way through the whole process. I could have been buying a $5k bed. After listening to exactly what I was looking for, I ended up purchasing the first pillow he showed me. I still went and felt all the others and went back to the original called heavenly touch. After several weeks of using them, unbelievable. They were by far were not the most expensive option and not where near inexpensive, but his intention was only to find me the best product for what I needed. All in all... My experience with Rob and the product has been phenomenal and would recommend to see him. Hope he reads this as he deserves the good word!
