All of our chicken is local Free-Range that we personally breakdown in store every morning. We also have local Manitoba pork and a wide variety of house-made Deli meats. We also sell a variety of Italian products and sauces to add flavour to your meal. โ โ โ โ โ Marcello and his staff are absolutely fantastic and the product is second to none. Gotta try his beef brisket. Wow I did a smoked sous vide version for 36 hours and finished on the BBQ for 2 hours and it was the best flavour and texture I have ever tried. The process has to be there for cooking but quality meat is essential and Marcello over disappoints.

โ โ โ โ โ The only place I go to get my pork shoulder and man, the meat here is so amazing and fresh. What I love more is the customer service. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here and I always leave with a smile on my face?

โ โ โ โ โ We have a few butcher choices in the south part of Winnipeg, but I don't think any others come close. They're nice, energetic, knowledgeable and have great product.
They close at 6. I called them in a panic at 5:50 leaving work one Friday night. Was having the lads over for steak. The fellow answered, I told him I was on my way, he asked how long I'd be, I said I'd be there by 6:20. He says "No worries man. I'll stay here and wait".
Sure enough, they're all closed up, but he'd wrapped up 6 14oz baseball tenderloins and was ready to go. They go the extra mile, and it's extremely rare I find these days.
If you haven't tried them, give them a shot. Order your Thanksgiving Turkey, Haggis for Burns Night, or Beef for Steak Night.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating too when you make a request. Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ If I could give Marchello's more than 5 stars, I would. Every experience we have had here has been exceptionally positive, and all of the food has been fantastic. We just ordered from here for our wedding social as well, and that was the best meat and cheese tray I have ever had. Truly a customer for life!!
