★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been purchasing prescriptions for my wife’s and myself for almost 15 yrs now. Service was great and friendly until lately. Many mistakes not getting my pills on time due to the fact they say the doctor did not send the fax, doctor says that is not true. Sometimes can only fill my prescription partially due to no stock or their pills have expired.
The latest is the doctor sent them a fax for my wife 2 antibiotic prescriptions.
We were Unaware there was 2 when picked it up they only gave her one. No phone call saying they forgot to give her 2nd and no apologizes for their errors. Some of the staff is friendly but some are rude and believe the customer is always wrong. I
