โ โ โ โ โ Need to buy better bags for produce. If they donโt break when youโre filling them, they break when you lift them out of the cart. Also with no bakery, I have to go somewhere else for bread and baked goods

โ โ โ โ โ I shop here on a weekly basis...convenient clean store with friendly staff..prices are reasonable...some great deals and some not depending on the item...I get all my produce bake goods and meat goods at Sobey's..the reason for the 3 stars is that a couple of weeks ago I was followed by a very obvious and insulting security guard who profiled me as high risk to steal...I am a white male in my mid sixties..maybe the mask made him think I was a thief robber...lol....he followed behind me around the store and would stop when I stopped..it was like having a lost dog following behind me....its was so obvious and insulting!!...I am very honest....keep the wannabe cops out of your store and if you have loss prevention concerns then hire professionals that know how to do the job correctly. Cheers!

โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer service, and do not honor pricing error policies. Always double check your receipts for pricing errors. Bottom line seems more important than customer satisfaction.

โ โ โ โ โ Produce seems to be never fresh, and the SKUs (item selection) seems oddly minimal. Also made a comparison in prices to that of the superstore on st Anneโs and bison drive, this no frills is also โno savingsโ cuz they have negligible if any differences in cost. Itโs not even worth coming here unless your stuck in a pinch

โ โ โ โ โ I have shopped at your store for a long time and a great shout out to DERECK!
I implore you to look at the culture of racial profiling and the treatment of people of color in your establishment. It is very offensive to be followed around by the store security just because of the color of your skin. Please take the time to teach your staff especially the cashiers on respect of all people irrespective of their prejudices. I experienced an overtly rude and offensive cashier in your store. She was very warm and friendly to the people who came before me and was extremely rude to me and flung my groceries with such disrespect that I had to call her out causing a scene in the store. It is a shame that such a thing should be going on in this day and age. I have not returned to the store since the incident and I am unsure of ever coming back. Please take this to heart and work on implementing an inclusive and respectful atmosphere in your store.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there to get some water that was advertised in the flyer that started 2 days ago. They had none. When I asked about it I was told that because of them doing inventory they didn't order any. Why have a flyer with sales if you aren't going to have the product for people to buy. This is the 3rd time this place has been horrible and not had product in when it's on sale. Very disappointing that they do not care to have customers come back. Guess it's time to find another no frills to shop at.

โ โ โ โ โ Asked for help to get items off top shelf, people were paged but no one ever came to help. Guess they didn't want to sell items if they are not in easy reach. I waited 15 mins I thought that was a reasonable amount of time

โ โ โ โ โ This store is always clean and very bright. I find it's a hit and miss at times when getting product. Sometimes the shelves are stocked well and produce is fresh, other times the shelves are a little empty and produce looks awful. Staff is usually nice and smiling and helpful when you can find someone.
