After placing a medication order over the phone I went for pickup at the committed time ( in fact 40 min later ) – The pharmacy operator apologized because the order was not ready …and they don’t know ( ?!) when it will be available, because the shipment came in the same morning and they “don’t know when will be processed “ . First) is understandable these days to experience some delays so THE CUSTOMER CAN BE NOTIFIED BY PHONE to avoid unnecessary travel - Second ) Receiving should be prioritized based on immediate orders . Looks like this Walmart Pharmacy don’t know.. or don’t care about all these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in the mall and we always go to Walmart to run our errands for the shop. My coworker and I realized we had forgotten to bring loonies for the carts when we arrived. We asked the greeter if it was possible to borrow loonies for the carts and he respectfully told us that customer service would help us out. In the past, the workers gave us no problem when it came to borrowing carts especially since we return them right away. We walked up to customer service and asked if we can borrow two loonies, and told her we work in the mall (as our store name is printed all over our clothing) she proceeded very rudely “I do not have any loonies to give you!!!” I don’t understand how a store with multiple cash registers don’t have 2 loonies they can spare for paying customers that work in the mall!! We have always brought back carts that we use and we always give you our business!! It’s not that I couldn’t go back and get the loonies, the woman working customer service could have been more professional and respectful in that situation! (February 15/2022 Tuesday 2:45pm)
