★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a lamp 6 weeks ago and still don’t have it. When I called customer service I was told it was on back order. Spoke with my sales representative and was told that the lamp was not on back order but sitting in the warehouse. I then received an email from customer service telling me it would be shipped to the store by Friday of last week. I contacted customer service the following Tuesday and was told it had not left the warehouse. NOT IMPRESSED
I then received an email stating my lamp would be delivered by FedEx by Friday end of day. Still sitting in the dark

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its beautiful here! The furniture is solid, stylish and classic. The prices are higher than your regular furniture stores however you can see that the furniture here is a much higher quality! These pieces will last a lifetime in quality and style!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Black Tami chairs are not recommended. Very nice look but stain chips very easily. Numerous chips after six weeks of use with caution. Very pricy for the quality of the finish. Was not offered compensation and need to use a black sharpie to fix chips. One chair was cracked upon delivery and was replaced without any hassle. BON expandable table is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice pieces, but absolutely INSANE prices. $89.99 for ONE cushion.....$7500 for a medium sized sectional.... just wayyyyy to high. I could furnish my entire house at Ikea for the cost of that sectional, and a lot of what they have looks just like stuff from Ikea anyways....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice products but I find quality varies on what you get. I've had bad experiences with quality control on Pali lamps. I had to go back and forth exchanging until they let me take a floor model. The floor model was perfect and the overall build quality is fantastic.
Adding an extra star to this review because of the warehouse manager. He does his job and does it well - - very admirable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot express how unimpressed I am with the staff at this store. My wife and I are newly weds and walked in today to buy 4 exact pieces of furniture we had looked at previously. Not only were we not greeted at the door but when a young man started to approach us I gestured towards him and he just walked away. I know he saw me, we made eye contact but he actively chose to walk away and then continued to wonder around the store not helping anyone else. We now aren't spending any money at this store and plan on looking elsewhere for furniture. Do not go here if you expect any kind of service.
