I was at Edo Polo Park on Saturday 03-13-2021 at 2:25pm.
I ordered a teriyaki Chicken and Beef meal along with one soda. Originally the cashier charged me $14.95, but then I changed my mind and wanted the Yakisoba noodles instead of white rice. Therefore, the young Asian lady who worked cashier charged me an extra of $5.10 (I can provide both receipts and card numbers if you contact me!)
I love the food and it was soooo delicious! I thought I would be back or order online later on. But sadly and disappointed, I found out on your website and on Skip The Dishes app that if I want noodle instead of white rice, it should only cost me an extra 0.50 cents!!! The cashier charged me $5.10 which is ten times the amount that I should had been paid!
I love the food so much but I am super sad and feel like I am being scammed or cheated on with the charge. I don’t want a whole refund, I only want you to refund me the difference in what I did pay and what I should had paid please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. We went through doordash otherwise I'd ask for our food to be remade but did contact Edo Japan, which got me no where. I can't have dairy and the veggie rolls that I ordered had mayo or creamcheese or something. These ones did not list dairy although other rolls did so I stayed away from those ones. Even the yam tempura roll was covered in mayo but did not mention. All rolls were mostly rice and we ended up tossing most of our order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying this place and it was really delicious. It reminded me of a cross between wok box and mongos. Staff were very friendly and I got a lot of food for what I paid, I couldn't even finish it! One of the better mall restaurants in Polo park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered sushi and paid. No issues with payment. It beeped and I was told I was good to go. Came back 10 minutes later for my sushi and was told by a different person that my payment didn't go through. I was surprised so I checked my bank statement and the payment showed. I said it had gone through. They continued to insist "my first payment did not go through in the system".
Fast forward and sure enough I was charged twice. Now I have spent over 1 hour waiting on hold with the bank to get the duplicate charge removed. All this for mediocre sushi at best. Thanks for wasting my time over $14. Just a tip - good customer service would have been to trust me and not fight over $14 - since it shouldn't cause your customers over 1 hour of hassle for a 2 rolls of sushi.
