Chicken was so over done the chicken leg was cooked down to the bone and the bone was black as well. Pop machine is out of ice and most drinks were out of syrup. Mashed potatoes were so old they had a bitter taste to them.

You should always check your order when ordering from any fast food place, just good a point, but especially HERE. 3pm. No other customers in line to order or waiting to receive their order, 2 cars in driver thru. Probably 8 staff and still couldn't fill my order properly. AGAIN.

Usually the chicken here is good. The chicken i had yesterday wasn't so great. The skin was crispy and tasted burnt. I took a bite into the drumstick and it had pink juices coming out of it, tried the other drumstick. Same thing

We had 2 large chicken popcorn, a chicken zinger meal and a big crunch meal. The chicken was raw. The popcorn chicken was not cooked at all. The food was terrible

Worst customer experience ever that will be followed up with an email to head office. This evening placed an order in the drive thru which had to wait 15 minutes out in the parking lot. Not the issue..When I got home I realized it's not what I ordered. I had called and spoke to a young girl about the error who immediately cut me off started talking louder over me saying I didn't clarify which $10 deal I wanted as I ordered a $10 meal for two. I was immediately blamed for not telling them exactly which one but unfortunately I had to speak louder than her to get in a word edgewise. I asked to speak to the supervisor she said she was it. Not once during my conversation was there even a hint of any apology for getting the order wrong. Asked if there was two different types why wasn't I asked to specify at the window she said it was my job to tell them exactly which one it was. They're bored outside showed only one $10 for two deal. I just checked their menu there's only one $10 for two meal deal that has four pieces of chicken two fries and popcorn chicken I received chicken sandwiches with fries. I don't even see that deal anywhere on the menu so she lies to me and accuses me of being in the wrong. Lesson Miss supervisor, the customer is always right and you treat customers with respect. I rated this a 2-star last time 6 months ago but I thought I'd give this another try. I will never ever ever go back to a kfc ever again as if this is how they treat paying customers. I would leave zero Stars if I could as I've never experienced anything like that speaking with someone over an error that occurred on their end. What gets me is lying to me. Avoid this place if you want to avoid any confrontation over an error that you received in your order. Totally disgusted with this restaurant experience. I am sorry that I even decided to give this a second try.

Just stood in.line for 5 mins and she serves a guy who just walked up, omg im so mad! Then the staff are all talking all wondering around and took another 5 mins until I finally just left, they don't deserve my money, Famous BOURBON CHICKEN was amazing!

My kids love their drum sticks. We usually just get bean burritos, fries, and drum sticks. We had an issue today. We ordered tenders as well but when we got home, it wasn’t there. Called the location and they replaced them, which kind of erased the issue. The chicken is good. Everything is meh.

The management here is garbage, not only do they close 10-15 minutes early, they won't even address if you point that out. I came for a quick chicken sandwich 10 minutes before 8, and they where already cashed out and ignored me when I spoke to them(her). All she did was shift her eyes like she was lost. Awful service with zero policy enforcement
