G	Gil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was a bit slow. Took approximately 15 minutes to receive my order. I found that the fish batter was over cooked and fries weren't crispy. Definitely not the same as the Forks location.

The cod was flavourless, over cooked, and literally sopping with grease (I like greasy comfort food but this took greasiness to a whole new level). My fries were more like the dregs of the deep fryer; little giblets of unseasoned inconsistently cooked half-inch potato stubs. I may try ordering from them again to see if they’ve become consistently poor, but for now I’m not ordering from Fergies again.

Unfortunately, this location doesn’t share the same taste, values, or customer service as the Forks location does. I shouldn’t be given attitude for correcting their error for a to-go box which I had stated I needed during the time of ordering. Instead they tape my newspaper container closed very messily and shoved it into a plastic bag. And then continued to get more upset when I ask again for it to be to-go (in a box) so I can have access to season my fries with their lovely assortment of condiments. The tartar sauce ended up tasting like dirty dish towel, and I know Fergies makes phenomenal tartar sauce. Perhaps it was just a bad day for their staff, but regardless don’t come to work with a bad attitude and continue to work with said attitude, save the attitude for your personal time.

The fries were a batch that sat around and refried to heat them up. They were like wooden twigs, couldn’t use the fork. Very disappointed and put in a complaint. Was told the owner would call but that never happened. Spend your money some place else.

SO GOOD THOUGH! ** NOT gluten free but well worth the gluten hit today. Love me some deep fried fish and hand chipped fries.
