Best Sleep Centre - Winnipeg

Last summer my husband and were in the market for a new bed, we had been to Best Sleep Centre the fall before to get a bed for my father-in-law who was in need of palliative care and had a good experience, so we wanted to go back there, but the day we found it was closed, so we went across to Sleep Country, as it was not always super convenient to try to shop with Covid restrictions, so we didn't want to wait. When we arrived at Sleep Country there was a saleswoman busy with another couple, and they clearly had specific desires so she was very busy talking with them, I don't recall seeing any other sales people. We proceeded to wander around the showroom and look at the beds. When the saleswomen had a moment (on her way to get something for the other couple) she came and said "Well, what do you want?" It was in haste and the tone told me we were a bother. Caught off guard, we said we were just looking, and she went on her way. We stood a bit baffled for a second and tears filled my eyes, so we left, our shopping attempts given up for the day. A few weeks later we tried again, it wasn't even our goal for the day we had been somewhere else in the area and just stopped because we saw that Best Sleep Centre was open and we still needed a bed. When we walked in we received a warm welcome from David, and we explained our need but also that we weren't really certain what we were looking for because every bed we'd ever bought before was based on what we could afford, this time we were shopping for what we needed and simply wanted. He was patient with our us and answered all our questions and in truth I ended up in tears again because I was overwhelmed at the difference between the experience at Sleep Country and this one. We got a bed we love and are so thankful that things ended up the way they did!

Received our King Bed set from Best Sleep Centre today and we are extremely happy with not only the quality but also the excellent customer service received throughout the whole purchasing and delivery /set up process. The biggest surprise was the comparison in price compared to other competition as Best Sleep Centre was half the retail price for the same item and quality that we were quoted by the competitor. Glad we went to Best Sleep Centre !

I had a wonderful experience here! My family and I went in to buy a new mattress for my back as I have a spinal conditional and will be having surgery soon. Ed was wonderful, he took the time to explain everything to us, and he addressed any concerns we may have. He was patient while we decided on what would be the best fit for me, and helped me choose a proper pillow, sheets and all. We ended up choosing a wonderful mattress with an adjustable frame! Will definitely recommend to family and friends, thanks again Ed!

Best Sleep Centre was so informative, I wish I went to them first. It would have saved me several, long, unclear trips to box stores, who were able to explain sales & prices, but not provide useful info on how to choose the right fit for you, or why. Best Sleep Centre was Super helpful, professional & really great to work with. They explained so much more about mattresses & how to choose one...the right one..., with the focus on the best match for your preferences. My brother recommended them & he couldn't have been more Right! I will emphatically recommend Best Sleep Centre to Everyone I know! I also really liked that the salesman who helped me, was from their TV commercial & very clearly loves what he does. After 1 visit of about 20 mins, I knew 100% which mattress I preferred! As an added bonus, the price was Way, WAY better at Best Sleep Centre.

We were at Best Sleep Centre last weekend (Jan. 2022) on St. James Street. Had a great experience purchasing new mattresses for the house. Our salesman James was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and gave us as much time as we wanted to try out different ones. We never felt pressured into one mattress over the other. He made sure we were satisfied with what we picked out.

Husband and I went here to look for a new mattress. James was the one that helped us. He was thorough, professional, and very friendly. He gave us all the time and information we needed to make a good purchase. James understood our wants, needs and parameters for our purchase. What I really liked was that he understood the balance of helping us and allowing us to independently discuss and reach a decision. He wasn't pushy and very clear on what our various options were. Definitely will recommend to others.
