The service at the store when we purchased was wonderful-the delivery and follow up was horrible. Delivery guys did some damage to my home after answering their cell phones 3 times during the delivery and damaged the mattress...when i called they sent me to claims and took weeks to get a return call...and only set up a new mattress delivery and didn't ever deal with the damage...now i still don't have a new mattress and they have never called back to fix the damage. Terrible customer service.

I recently bought a bed, duvet and cover from sleep country and have been very disappointed. The delivery men were surly and rude. They refused to take my box spring away due to a mix up with their paperwork and drove away while the salesperson resolved the problem. The following day I vacuumed the bedroom but the cleaner got stuck under the bed because the delivery men had very carefully stuffed all the plastic packaging out of sight under the bed. I am 73, live on my own in a small apartment and this was extremely inconvenient and stressful. Never again.

We had a great experience with Kelly. She is very knowledgeable, understanding and kind. She understood my need and suggested multiple options. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. I would totally recommend Kelly to anyone out there!

Very helpful and patient staff who helped me find the perfect mattress. The associate was able to offer alternatives and tailored them to sleeping position etc. They also had fairly good infection control to keep everyone safe while testing out the mattresses.

My boyfriend and I just had a great experience with the Sleep Expert Kelly Severin, at the Plains Road location. She was knowledgeable, patient and kind. She provided us with a few options, which we tried and picked the one we loved! Really pleased with the outstanding customer service.

They provide the service above our expectations, follow up on our orders and always offer great deals for their high-quality products.

We had a great experience being assisted by Tracy! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She provided great service and by the end of it, we were super happy and confident with our purchase. I will gladly return to this location, and 100% recommend choosing this location for your matress and pillow needs!

My rating above reflects the good and the bad experience purchasing a king mattress from Sleep Country. The store experience was great. We were served by attentive & knowledgeable staff. We elected to go with Sleep Country because we were replacing an existing king mattress with a new mattress after 12 years. We purchased the previous mattress from Sleep Country and the process was flawless – great price and no issues on delivery. This time their prices were higher than the competition, but we have experienced issues with other furniture stores so bought into the Sleep Country marketing. What did not work this time was the delivery. The first mattress delivered was damaged when one person elected to move the mattress from the truck alone and proceeded to drop it on our front steps (we only saw this later our security camera). Ended up ripping the mattress in two places, unfortunately we did not find that until after we got the mattress upstairs. The process of bringing a king mattress upstairs in our house requires a little bit of planning. The initial delivery team did not scope out the stairs and how to best to get it upstairs and scratched the walls, bent the mattress loosening the railing (we did not discover this until after), and showed a total lack of respect for our home. Unfortunately, we had to repeat the process when we discovered that the mattress was damaged. We ended having 2 mattresses delivered after we change our minds about the type of mattress. Second delivery process was fair, although rushed. The final delivery was flawless - senior person scoped out where the mattress had to go, how best to get the mattress upstairs, and made the whole process simple. My suggestion to you is to ask for the β€œA” delivery team, Sleep Country has some very poor delivery employees that are destroying their branding.
