T	Terence Louis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought so many JYSK stuffs in past for home. But had a very unpleasant experience with the guy salesman at Burlington store. A tall thin guy - who seemed totally disinterested to explain stuffs, and making you feel so unimportant and like we know nothing. He made us feel so awkward and was sounding racist. Such a shame, this guy definitely needs some drilling of customer relationship, and values of JYSK. Not me, tomorrow it might be someone else. Customers are not stupid, and we had a lot of research and experience that has already gone into deciding. I have worked in customer engagement and customer relationship management roles all my life. I can train your people for no cost, let me know. Please help avoid customers having such bitter experiences. Well, I ended up ordering both mattresses from Sleep County later, and rest of stuff from Ikea. So I got what I wanted, but here is my feedback for JYSK .

M	Matt Ziemba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an odd store. I'm used to Bed Bath and Beyond back in the USA, and JYSK is similar - but a lot more chaotically laid out and cramped. I absolutely cannot complain about the price of anything, that all seemed pretty reasonable (however I'm suspect of the quality when things get that cheap). Some of the furniture is actually budget made though - one of the coffee tables had the veneer peeling off on the display, and it was just a paper graphic over a fiberboard substrate which is super cheap. Not even a durable item. The layout didn't make sense. Asiles we're tight, and angular. Not straight tidy lines like you'd expect. Not sure why they choose to do it that way. The checkout area was a mess, huge empty boxes everywhere blocking the exit path to the door, had to wait for an associate to clean them up so myself and other customers could proceed to the exit. If you're looking for some quick dirty cheap house products, I'd say yeah, worth a visit. Otherwise not much here to see.

The assistance manager Jen, was so gracious and helpful. She responded with a resolution quickly. When attending the store to pickup my gift card both Carole (the sales associate) and Jen were nothing but pleasant and accommodating. Well done Jysk!! Great staff, great customer service!!!

I was in need of something for a meeting at 8:30am the next morning and Carole went above and beyond to assist me. In a word, she was outstanding! Without Carole's help, I would have been stuck. Through the course of our interaction, it was very clear to me that Carole loves her job and is a wonderful ambassador for JYSK. I can tell you that I will now shop at this store regularly. In fact, I returned yesterday with my kids so they could meet Carole (I had told my family about the excellent customer service I had received) and Carole was delightful with them, as well. You have a fantastic employee, JYSK. I watched, too, as other team members regularly went to Carole for guidance and support. She is clearly an excellent team leader. With all the challenges right now, meeting a kind, knowledgeable, and helpful individual goes a long way. Kudos to Carole for all she does!
