★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended on a Tuesday morning to arrange for bar stools to be rehabbed...selected fabric...agreed on a price. Returned within 24 hours to drop off the bar stools only to be advised that the repair shop is now closed until October... big change in 24 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice stuff, too bad the 2 salespeople working the day of my visit didn't realize that I wanted to spend a lot of money. No service at all. The young, perky blonde woman who came in after me didn't have any issues though.
I guess if you want help here, you need to wear your "Sunday best" as my "fresh from the garden" look wasn't well received. I left without purchasing. Got great service and products from down the street. Your loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to purchase an sun umbrella for our backyard and Anthony Cafazzo assisted us and with his expertise and knowledge he met our expectations and recommended a quality and effective umbrella to meet our needs. He always returned our phone calls promptly whenever we had questions. He helped us tremendously by storing the umbrella for us until we were ready to use it this year. I have recommended many people to see Anthony at Dot Patio because of his quality of customer service and care. We will definitely be returning for future purchases!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in one day after work and was pleasantly surprised by the great selection and knowledgeable staff. This place is the real deal when it comes to chairs. They don't pressure you but will tell you all the details you need up front, before you buy. 10/10 would recommend.

We've been to several other locations but always come back to this one. The management at this location changed within the past couple of years I believe, and the new team always goes above and beyond every time! We will be back for sure!
