★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible little butcher, what a find. The meat quality is unreal. I was speechless walking in there and even moreso after my steaks and chicken came off the grill. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they will take good care of you. You pay for what you get here, but it's worth every penny. I'm struggling to think of another butcher anywhere near the quality of what these folks are doing here. I'll be back any time I'm near burlington and may just end up making the drive from Toronto occasionally.
Edit: I grilled a ribeye from here last night - one of the best steaks I've ever eaten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice people, amazing quality. Will definitely return. But really need to do something different when processing customers. Pickups should have one line and people browsing another. Extremely long wait to get in to the store to pickup a pre-placed order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent products, staff, service! Try everything if you can. They have a good selection of beef including Wagyu, both Japanese and Australian. Haven't tried their chicken but the turkey has to be the best our family has ever had. Reasonable prices for quality meat.

But the person her took a good 3-4 mins to ask questions and give tips on how to use the casings etc. all for a very small sale. I’m so impressed that they have customer for life! Really appreciate when small businesses are passionate about not only selling but also helping customers find solutions for what they want to accomplish. The staff is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the finest butcher shops I have visited. Their porchetta is outstanding. Creative collection of fresh made sausages, the most beautiful beef you’ve ever seen and the bacon is to die for. Friendly staff and butcher.
