Buyers Beware!!! I received part of my order only after the delivery date had been moved twice. The movers were terrible, and came without the proper equipment. My couch set came literally falling apart at the seem. Fine Furnishings said they would come pick it up and fix it free of charge... Well I should hope so! I asked if they could send a bag or something to wrap it in as it was leather, which I was assured would happen.when they came to pick up the couch to repair it surprise surprise they had no bag or anything to protect it. when I asked the man that came to pick it up, he told me it didn't matter that I would be getting a new one anyway. That didn't happen either surprise again. My couch was falling apart at the seems cause whoever stitched it didn't tie off the end properly so it fell apart. Their fix for this was to cross stitch it across the seem, not to mention all the scratches and marks it now has. I could of had a five year old do a better job. The other part of my order they no longer carried so I had to fight with them for 3 months to get my money back. Please shop anywhere else!!!

Fine Furishings is a store with a great atmosphere and high-end quality furniture. From the moment I walked into their store, I had noticed unique and high-end furniture at impeccable prices. Their staff was very pleasing, and accommodated my needs every step of the way. Their vast selection and quality of product puts them at the top of any furniture place I've been to. I bought a bedroom and sofa set from them just recently I was given updates as my furniture arrived and was ready for delivery the delivery men were very polite and professional. A big Thank you to the manager for helping me decorate my home with the best of the best!! I would recommend going to fine furnishings for all your furniture needs!!

I wish I read these reviews before laying down my hard-earned money! Couch arrived with damaged upholstery, and the delivery guy was so rushed and careless that he broke my dining table. Sales clerk offered no monetary reparations for either, just a free bed-cover (which probably costs them around $20), or to send the couch back for a repair that would take God-knows-how-long. Didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the broken table, or the inconvenience of dealing with the whole thing. She deceitfully closed this deal with the promise that the warranty would be delivered with the item, which of course, it was not. The reason being that it does not even exist (apparently, my receipt is supposed to suffice). Of course, the sale was final. I kick myself for trusting these people. I generally prefer to support small businesses, but will never do so again when it comes to major purchases. Buyer beware.

The worst customer service ever. They booked for delivery and canceled several times. I had to get my own people to get the furniture get delivered to my place. And they call me after a week and told me they want switch the sofa with another shade which I didn’t ask for. Very disrespectful and unprofessional people.

I bought a bed and a mattress on June 12th and I am still waiting an up now.for today, September 26th. The appointment was two weeks ago so far. business is not a solution to lying to the customer

I recently purchased the Arnav Coffee Table via online order with Fine Furnishings. At the time of making the order, I was unaware that they only provided local delivery. After making my purchase, I received a call from a sales rep who graciously arranged for the product I had purchased to be mailed to me in Newfoundland (despite the fact that they only sold locally). Not only that, but I also received regular calls to inform me of the status of my order! Excellent customer service! I received the table a few weeks later and it was absolutely beautiful! I was very happy with my purchase and I will definitely shop here again!

I dealt with Naton a couple different purchases I told him what I needed and he located what was available. He was a man of his word with the timing

I recently bought sofas from them and had the worst experience with them. First of all, the sofas came 3 weeks late. Secondly the delivery man was completely rude. He just left the sofas in the lobby and didn’t handle them carefully. He was just aggressive with the sofas. I had to look for people to help me carry them upstairs for me at night time. Worst experience ever. My family buys beds and sofas from them all the time but never again.
