Had a great experience exploring the perfect mattress that I wanted and Ms. Daulath was a great advisor and help. I'm 6'2, so, choosing the perfect mattress was a priority and Ms. Daulath came to the rescue. May god bless her and this store.

Asked not even once but three times!! I end up getting mattresses somewhere else because I felt the urge to sell and it was very uncomfortable.

WAS VERY un-genuine! Did not care at all. All conversation with her was pretty fake. Only concerned making a quick buck instead of customer referral or repeat customer. Would not recommend or go here again.

Also, when they do try to call back it's at like 8 o'clock at night? I was reading the handbook and even if I were to get it hooked up to my phone, it doesn't allow my phone to act as the remote, which I specifically told the sales person I wanted. It was the whole reason I wanted the smart frame. To use my phone as the remote. So they ypsold me on a lie.

I greatly appreciate that they educated us on what we can expect for our Delivery day, as well they helped us understand the return policy and terms. Investing in a bed that we spend at least 6-8 hours sleep each night, it's great to find a team that isn't pushing for a sale and looking out for our long term health and getting a good night's rest. I am quite happy to say my experience was the exact opposite! Daulath was incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. She showed us several options within our budget and made the process way more enjoyable than it had any business being.
