L	Louis Winston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second everything said by Dan. It has taken numerous emails and phone calls just to get the proper keys to the unit (which still hasn't happened). They do not respond to emails in a timely manner and have been extremely rude when we have attempted to speak with them.

We brought them up in emails but they just ignored our requests, simply saying the place would be cleaned by the time we move in, but it was not. We had to clean the place up ourselves!
D	Dan Benedek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this agency zero star if that is an option. They don't solve your problems, don't answer emails, don't take responsibility in anything. They are rude to you, call you just to yell at you, and hang up on you when you don't finish talking. The realtor/agent/assistant/neverdoesherjob Sandy Benedek in particular. 1. The only way to get her to answer your email is to write 'please do your job and fix this', and then she calls you rudely and teaches you about 'manners', and questions where you come from and how you are raised. 2. The apartment I rented showed me a form signed by Sandy and her client, the form states: please inform the tenant that they have to pay the move in fee $100. but the woman never said a thing about it until I found out myself, and after I found out, she refused to take responsibility and she ignored my emails. 3. The apartment I rented was supposed to come with a parking spot, but the woman said there is no parking spot that comes along with the apartment. I had no choice but to turn to someone else for help, and we reread the contract and everything, and after a few days, Sandy gave me the parking spot. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
S	Sasha H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the process of buying a home at the moment and they are great to work with! I read the reviews and was wary, but I've had nothing but great attentive service from Ben and Sandy! They answer in a reasonable time, showings are booked promptly and paperwork is smooth.
U	Ungle Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be ware of the service you will be receiving from Benjamin Persaud. This is a zero-star agency. Rude manner on the first call to inquire more about one of his rental property listing. Did NOT even return emails or missed calls once. If reached on the phone and asked about status of application there were always excuses of why he cannot get an answer from the landlord. No update or anything news available after two weeks, I have decided to move on. I was amused this is from the broker of record Benjamin Persaud. I just feel sorry for the landlord since that is definitely a great place to live in.

He was very approachable and sent us links of interesting listings even before we had arrived in Toronto. A couple of times our first choice condos were rented out very quick however Narayan was similarly quick to provide us with an updated list of newly available units. He worked beyond normal working hours, and made a large deal of paperwork as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend.
S	Siyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most unprofessional and unrealiable real estate agency I’ve ever had to deal with. 1. Our apartment was completely dirty when we moved in. We had to clean it ourselves because Benjamin Persaud and Sandy Benedek took a while to book the cleaners and we had already unpacked. They paid us 160$ in the end for the cleaning fee but sent the carpet cleaners. 2. We hired cleaners and carpet cleaners to clean up the place when we moved out, but was informed that our key deposit would not be returned when we return the keys. They will withhold the deposit until the agent Benjamin Persaud approves the inspection, which is illegal according to the Landlord and Tenant Board. 3. It takes at least 3 days and multiple emails to get them to respond when our dishwasher broke, when the old door was broken, when the lock didn’t work. It is a real pain to try to get into contact with them as they do not respond to our calls or emails in a timely manner. 4. We never got our locker, even though the contract said we have one. Again, they were really slow in responding our emails and the issue was never resolved.
