I was looking to not leave my neighbourhood when moving and he was able to find me a place within 1 block of my old apartment. Corey was always great at providing updates, setting realistic expectations, and providing listings that fit all my needs. Corey was able to find me a place, place my offer, and get a lease signed in less than 2 weeks of working with me. He is extremely professional, timely, and has a great deal of knowledge about the real estate market downtown. I would recommend him to anyone looking to lease a condo in the downtown area.

When looking at different units in one building I had set my mind on, as I viewed each unit making comments, he had made notes for each one and sent it back to me. Having forgot the details of each unit when I viewed them, this was a thoughtful touch and shows his attention to detail when working with his clients. Whenever I wanted to see places, he would quickly respond and create an itinerary and we would be doing viewings usually the next day. Cory reduced the anxiety around moving and made the process seamless. He makes negotiations easy. He follows through with his clients even well after the deal is made to ensure you are satisfied. He never misses any detail. I can not reccomend him enough!

It's one of the major milestones on a person's life and I wanted to make sure we were doing everything as correct as possible. Cory was a great person to put our trust in during that moment. Not only was he very good in making sure we were informed of all steps, he also gave us lots of helpful tips about the process, about the choices we had to make, and recommendations of other professionals we had to enlist during the sale.
Even with a very rocky market at the moment of the sale because of the pandemic lockdowns and reopens, the suggestions and strategies he brought forward were a key part of us selling it for an amount higher than what we were expecting. I couldn't recommend him enough. Thank you SO very much Cory for doing an amazing job with us in this sale.
