Amelia M. was sales associate who helped myself find a new bed and for the right price.
I had shopped at another store where I felt I was being ripped off and having them shove things down my throat...but this wasn't the case here. She listened to what I had to say, recommended I lay down on a few beds to get a feel for them. I had a choice between 3-5 beds which I managed to narrow down to one in the end. BUT there was no pressure to purchase or make a down payment for lay-away. I also managed to get a wicked price for the set I purchased. I highly recommend going to her.

Consultant Brayden was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Based on my initial positive experience, I returned in March and purchased a adjustable bed and mattress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I entered Mattress Mattress in Medicine Hat, Alberta looking for a new bed. Employee Marlene introduced herself and asked us what kind of mattress were we looking for. Then proceeded to show us all the different kinds of materials mattresses are made of. Asked my wife and myself what we preferred our bed to be soft or hard. Gave Marlene our preference of what we expected and then she showed us 2-3 different mattresses in our price range. We agreed on one together, then Marlene showed us different pillows for us to use that would help us have better sleep. She then showed us different mattresses protectors to protect our new investment for a better and healthier sleep. Our Mattress Mattress experience was a very good one thanks to Marlene and all her knowledge of her job. We would like to say we love our purchase so far Recommend this store for others looking for new bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 10 stars I would. There was over site made when I ordered my mattress. And the staff and management and regional managers came to my aid and helped me out!! It was like how customer service used to be and not these days sadly. I’d recommend them to anyone, they really know their products, but for me they went totally above and beyond and I’m a customer for life!!
