★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We looked up Nick and found him via google. Nick was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and also help guide us to reach out to the manufacturer and get replacement parts which were covered under warranty (we were planning to just pay for them through a third-party).
Nick is a very busy man (rightfully so) but he always kept us updated on his schedule and was very transparent on the work + pricing. Goes without saying that Nick arrived, replaced the cartridge, fixed the issue, cleaned up everything.
Highly recommend Nick and also plan to work with him on any future projects (hopefully no more surprises).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two unrelated leaks spring up in my house at the exact same time (toilet and water line for fridge) and I contacted Nick over email with pictures. He responded in a timely manner and was able to come out to my place within 24 hours. He diagnosed the problems and fixed them right away. He is extremely knowledgable and is always happy to answer any questions I have. He is personable and does great work. This was the second time I've used him and his team and I have been happy with his work both times. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We experienced a surprise water leak from our upstairs bathroom (luckily nothing too crazy volume-wise, but enough to know something wasn’t right). When Nick came by, he quickly determined it was because of an improperly closed hand-held shower hose had allowed some water to quietly drip down. Big relief, and lesson learned!
All said, he is professional, he knows his stuff, and his pricing is fair. To me, that’s very much the kind of person you want to call when you need them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but good things to say about the exceptional service Nick and his team provide. We hired what turned out to be a horrible contractor worthy of a Holmes on Homes episode to finish a basement. On top of the extremely bad workmanship, he didn't pay what was owed to trades including Nick, who the contractor found the same way we would have through Google. We terminated the contractor but maintained contact with Newcastle since they did an excellent job with the initial rough-in/install. Nick was not only sympathetic to our situation, but was extremely helpful throughout and made sure we were okay and taken care of while going through the process of dealing with the construction horror and having to fix all of the problems. Once we repaired and completed the work left by the contractor, Nick and his team came in without hesitation to complete the plumbing.
Based on my experience, I wish there were more people in trades and construction like Nick and Newcastle Plumbing who take pride in providing high quality service, give extremely reasonable pricing, and have a a great deal of integrity. We'll be hiring Newcastle for all of our plumbing needs in the house going forward and recommending them to others. Thanks again Newcastle!

He provided new water lines throughout the basement, drain hookups water lines for shower taps vanity and toilet. I appreciate that he was on time and on budget. We talked through his plan for the job and if he need to change his original scope, he stopped what he was doing and walked me through the change and why. Before he left my house, we did a walk through and he followed up the next day to ensure everything met my expectations. I would highly recommend Nick for small or large jobs.
