The emeralds were perfect, loved the cushion cut and the jeweler did a perfect number on the ring itself. I would not hesitate to recommend Skyjems to anyone out there. The contact, updates and service were beyond. The ring speaks for itself...I can’t stop staring at it on my finger!!! Highly recommend David to look after you!

After looking at the website we noticed the beautiful Stones and decided to make an appointment to see what could be done. We had an interview with David and were shown multiple stones. Of course we had so many questions on Quality , History, time it will take to make and Plans to be drawn with specific measurements and true to life pre results before the ring was made. Every step of the process we were kept up to date. Being newbies on this topic and steps David and his mother Linda answered all of our questions without delay. We were made comfortable to freely ask questions in the process and never made to be felt like Oh God not you again. The ring has turned out to be the most beautiful ring we have ever seen. Happy with my custom ring. If you want custom work they are def better than the other guy i used before David. Night and day in terms of caring and customer service. David cares and it shows.

I contacted several other jewellers including larger jewellery stores and non offered this specialized service. I was overjoyed when I discovered Sky Gems and that David was able to complete this repair. It takes a lot of trust to leave your engagement ring with a jeweller for repairs, but I did not hesitate as David was extremely knowledgeable, professional and a true craftsman of gem stones. David kept me updated along the way while I was without my engagement ring. I was blown away when I received my ring back - it was stunning! Even my husband thought the ring looked nicer than when he initially gave it to me! David also has a beautiful selection of gemstones and can do intricate custom designed pieces. I will definitely be back to Sky Gems in the future!

It was our 2 year wedding anniversary which fell on Valentines day. I approached David to have this ring customized to her liking, the customer service I received went above and beyond. David really takes good care of you. You will leave not only with a great purchase, but well informed about your purchase. Not allot of jewelers will take the time to educate you about the stone you purchase. I will be returning to make future purchases and, my wife says she will go to skyjems for all her gemstones needs. Thank you David & skyjems for a wonderful experience. See you soon !!
