★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great service, and I am pleased that I use it. I like the fact that you can donate to a charity for me the most important factor. My only negative is that I have never had a collection pick up on the time that was stated - a minor issue but one that can cause an inconvenience. Otherwise, all good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It saves us some time and the option to donate refunds is neat. The reminders and updates are a helpful feature, as well as the ability to reschedule a pick up if necessary. They also provide bags to put our drink containers out for pick up which I really appreciate.
