★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using this place for years but I won't be back. Usually the count is pretty close to what I count on my own, but today they were way lower, missing 1/4 of my bottles. On the plus side the place is clean and efficient, obviously too efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes they do rip you off they do have cameras and if you have an issue you can call the minister or the area that is the regulatory board they do and did this to my self and my wife she called them a forced them to put the cameras in it a return it's your money ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A liter is not worth 10 cents its worth 25 cents know what it's worth!!
Over 1 L means anything 1 L and over. Every store charges you $0.25 cents for anything that's a liter!! Know what you have before you go and always remind them that the bottles that are $0.25 cents are anything 1 L and over. Maybe then they will remember how to do there jobs!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been using this Bottle Depot since it was located on 104 Ave. It is close to home and I’ve never had a problem. Today I figure I was shorted a minimum of $5.00 on my two large garbage bags and two small plastic bag bottle return. I even left a $2.00 tip before the cashier checked me out. Never again, I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks for the years of service but your greed has me moving on. Shame on you!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepare to be short changed, significantly. Brought in the biggest haul I've ever collected, and was given less than I've received another time with someone else. There's that rare person that counts correct here...
To be honest, yes it's predatory to the average you and I, but we're short $5+. But this is the place most of the homeless go to that really depend on this money. They don't cause any trouble here, but to imagine that the most vulnerable are being cheated is just awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ABSOLUTELY got shorted, again, of my bottle money. I counted. I knew what I would be getting, exactly.
Same guy too. He was way off, again. He denied it, just like he did last time. He claimed it wasn’t on purpose. It WAS on purpose, or, he can’t count and shouldn’t be working there. Either one is highly problematic.
The owner looks 80 but threw a tantrum like a 6 year old. He was definitely not loving being held accountable. He was hostile and highly defensive.
I’m suspicious of the perfect reviews.
