★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your entire day waiting for these guys! I called at 10am and they assured me they will be here today. Then I call back at 3 and they say they will be here by 5:30. Then I get a call saying they have been behind for days and cannot come. Save your time and go elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stop using them I have the same amount of bottles every month most come from my ensure but every time they rip me off like I don’t know how to count it’s like they like to rip off disabled ppl I actually get my aunt to drive me to the next closest one and I actually get what I bring in cuz they know how to count

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre counted my bottles right before I took them in. Wanted to ensure they were counting correctly and do a quality control test, especially because I am a younger customer. Last time I brought bottles in the count seemed off but hadnt pre counted the bottle before and it doesn't seem like I'd have anything less then a hassle trying to argue with staff. This time I counted exacy $30 worth of bottles before I came in and just left with $18.75? You stole $10.25 and have previouly been abusive to customers when called out. Yes human mistakes happen but to miss almost 100 bottles?? Extremely unsatisfied and unhappy. Always precount your bags and phone ahead to speak to manager to ensure you're not being crooked.
