M	M T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bottle depot in the city, if you don't want to get ripped off. Great for the those working there! They care. They truly care and have implemented techniques that help both their employees and their business and their customers for the long term. I will go out of my way to come back to this location! 5 stars indefinitely!

The pickup service person is always friendly and very very punctual. Always calls as soon as he arrives at the door or if he will be a little late. It is also nice that cash payments are given to me right away. I have not yet personally been to the physical location but I have heard good things from other people who has visited. They are especially impressed by the sorting machine for its speed and efficiency. I will have to bring in my recycles next time to see how this works.

D	Darth Ram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to like going to this place because there was hardly any long lines but after catching them ripping me off and blatantly denying it never will go there nor would I recommend going there. If you do make the horrible decision to go there keep a very close eye on your returns. Had two very large liquor bottles go through their machine which counts cans and small bottles. I asked the woman sorting them if the machine handles big bottles she fumbled around and said no. So I asked why did they go through? She said they didn't. I pointed out that yes they did because it was the only two large bottles I had. Again she denied. So a second person came over and immediately said there were no bottles like that even though he didn't know what kind we were even talking about. So now a third comes over. A "manager" and even he said he check all the bags himself and there were no bottles. Again, didn't even know what kind we were talking about but was able to say they were not there. I asked them to show me the two bags at the end of the line but they said no. I replied if the bottles are not there why not show me? Response was they are not there, we checked. No they didn't check because I was right there watching the whole time. Don't care about the $0.30. Clearly this rip off of a company needs it more then I do. I can't stand when they blatantly lie to my face about it. Beware and keep your eyes peeled. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
K	Kaylene H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fast even when you go on weekends. I've been going here for over a year now and it's always super efficient. I don't spend more then 15-20 minutes there with 3-4 full garbage bags worth of bottles.

So I parked in the front, put my 1 year old in my baby carrier on my chest grabbed 3 bags in my left hand and 2 in my right hand and my 4 year old had a bag we were ready to go! Then a gentleman who worked there came out and was like "no no no no" haha and grabbed all my bags and and said he would do it all for me. I was so thankful haha. He grabbed all the rest of my bags from the van and also ripped all my bags open for me. They were so kind. We were totally prepared to do it all ourselves but honestly it was such a nice surprise to have such kindness. And it was pretty busy at the time. I should also mention that the depot is easily assessable, they print you a receipt with your return and you scan it at the payment booth and it dispenses you cash, and they have a handwashing station too.
D	Darcy Semeniuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't really want to make accusations with out dead facts but 2 times in one trip we had 8 cases of wine bottles and she said 6?. I had over a full truck load of neatly packed wine bottles and it came only to 60 dollars. But maybe I am wrong. If anyone else had the same scratch your head moment maybe share so others can be aware of practices
