★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What’s up with the covid line?? I can walk freely at superstore,Homedepot, Lowe’s, parks, malls. Yet I’m always waiting in a line still! Please it’s time to let more then 3 people in your store. At least if you need this restriction still at least make it a even number like 4

I get it, things happen, but literally every single time I've ordered from this location on doordash or UberEats, they've gotten at least 2 things wrong per order. Last time 2 of my slurpees were missing and I was given stale marshmallows instead of the four candies I ordered. Today, I received crushed taquitos, only 1 of the two drinks that I ordered and the box of cookies (not even the kind I ordered) was also crushed

I found some employees at night extremely rude during the day moderate attitudes.
Can work on a little bit more customer service and being nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 7 11 location already makes some people not feel safe going into it never mind how disgusting the curb appeal is. Can 7 11 really not afford to have the store front pressure washed & have the loogies and spit cleaned off? Maybe paint some new lines in the parking lot. I can tell you right now if someone from St. Albert or Sherwood park drove by and needed to stop for a drink or smokes they would drive right by this location as it looks like it will for sure have a crack head within feet from it at all times. Come on 7 11 do better and at least try to make this store look safe & clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit...your signage is not clear. To the person who replied to my review, that was the weakest reply I've ever heard. I've been to over a thousand 7-Elevens, yours is the most poorly signed, poorly run, poorly managed, and poorly kept 7-Eleven I've ever been to so it's no surprise I get the reply that I do from you.
The store advertises everywhere that it's 24/7 operation, and then just closes between 12:00 and 5. So as you can see from the pictures that I posted it says 24/7 and a few different places on the store and then a tiny piece of paper stuck to the window amongst all of the other millions of things that says that they're closed between 12 and 5. Really seems like 7-Elevens got their priorities straight. Build a business on being open 24/7 and then close between 12 and 5. I would appreciate if it was better posted this store was closed between 12 and 5 ... Is the company so cheap they can't put a sign out front that says closed
