C	CSX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst 7-11 I've ever been to. They had locked the doors, because the store was busy, which is understandable. (I guess they didn't want lots of people coming in the store and stealing) The male employee was EXTREMELY rude. He kept shoving everyone very hard, swearing at everyone, even the kids that were there. I couldn't believe it. I'm surprised no one shoved him back or punched him. Despicable and unbelievable behaviour from that employee. I will not be returning to this 7-11 again, unless disciplinary actions are taken against him, or if he is fired. Completely disappointed and shocked.

I’m pregnant and haven’t been able to eat all day, my husband decided to come here to get me popsicles so I can at least get something into me. It was 11:50pm when he came in, he sent me pictures asking me what I thought I could manage eating and the workers kept telling my husband to hurry up because you were closing. He understood you were closing and we were being as timely as possible. He kept getting bothered and pressured to hurry up which in turn made the whole process take even longer. He was out of the store before it hit 12 but the whole experience was awful. All he’s trying to do is do something nice for his pregnant wife Because he was worried and in turn was treated like this. We’ll be going to the location up the street instead. Never had a problem there even if it was close to closing.
S	Stormy Winters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to grab dinner and use washroom, they said it's not working, let another customer use it moments earlier... They've let me use it before. They just pick and choose which customers can use it. It's not like I look like someone who will damage or mess it up.
N	Nelson Cabral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attempted to buy 8 cold prepackaged taicos from the near empty shelves at this location with no price tags on either package. Got up to the counter & instead of scanning the barcode on the packages... tried to charge me for 8 individual heated ones, at over $20. When I pointed out this error, the cashier response was... well that's just the price. At which point I just left... Avoid, avoid, avoid this location. There are better 7-11 out there.

It takes effort, such as photographing bank statements, to get them to correct it. Always double check your purchases before leaving this location, as the staff is very poorly trained on the POS.

The Lady on counter was cleaning coffee station so I asked he “hi May I use the washroom.” She ignored me immediately by giving a quick look. I asked her again “ hi May I Use the washroom please “ she replied “ okay wait for me at washroom door I will open” I was surprised why can’t she give me keys, but it’s fine might be some rules around this store She opened the door and said “close the door behind you “ very rudely. It was so frustrating. By this time I was already thinking, shall I buy coffee from here depending how she is brewing and preparing products in store when she is totally not in condition to provide normal customer services. When I exit washroom she was there and said no no don’t close the door someone else have to use” okay it was not polite as the the words look like, her tone was commanding and as if I made some big mistake coming in store. And Surprise surprise…. I DONT WANT MY FOOD AND BEVERAGE FROM THIS STORE. Not today not in future. Amazingly Worst experience in this 7-Eleven store. And this is how stores loose top line.
A	Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service here but this review is for the chicken sandwich. I've had it fresh at other locations without issues but here I was able to try one that was sitting under a lamp. It was still edible but had lost its crunch and barely warm. Flavour was good and happy the employee was able to accommodate my request for extra extra spicy mayo. Pickles must have been wrong as they were really sweet and not the usual garlic/ tart style you get. This in my opinion is not worth $6 unless it's straight out of the oven or fryer. If it's sitting out like this under a lamp, $3 max id say.
