★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big scammers. Counted them before I came and counted in front of them. Fighting with me over the amount and then took my bottles behind the counter and wouldn’t give them back.
They have sticks behind the counter too and will try to chase you away. Don’t know how these Big boy quasar brothers are still in business.
They Don’t know how to count just like the rest of the reviews state! BEWARE. ABC bottle depot is way better and they take your word for what you count!!

congratulations you’re not only ripped me off but you ripped off at a disabled family I was returning for.
Not only pre-counted but I also counted long with him
Don’t worry I threw an extra $10 of my own money for them.
Funny people in the after told me they experience the same thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started using this place all the time since finding they have a machine that counts the cans and small bottles. They only have to count the larger bottles, glass bottles, and cartons. Makes their job easier and keeps the staff honest not that I am saying they weren’t honest before just now they have to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take my bottles here all of the time, I have for years, they are always very nice to me. I've had great service and I can even bring in how many I have and they will pay me what I wrote down. That's trust worthy if I do say so myself. Now they have a cool machine that counts a lot of the cans and plastic bottles it's fun to watch. I will continue to bring my bottles here as long as I have empties
to bring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could have been a little nicer to your young employees, they are only as efficient as YOU have trained them. It's MANGEMENTS responsibility for this shops reputation and poor customer attitude don't take that out on anyone else but yourself. Plus it's okay to take a second to recall properly what you juat counted, just pr-count your bags here and you'll be set with no worries, use clear bags and don't put cansor other garbage in them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a bottle depot strait up in the heart of Edmonton ghetto, it didn't feel unsafe with almost every customer being homeless, the service was so positively contagious with genuine politeness. I brought my two year old son with and he wasn't shy or scared in anyway but to top it off, I left the doors unlocked and the windows were open. Love this spot!!!!?
