C	Colin Boodoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy tried to rip us off. Went with 2 spring jackets to replace the zipper. Wanted to charge me 120$ for it. More than what the jackets worth when i bought it. Went to another store in the same mall and paid less than half of what this guy was charging.

My trench coat was cleaned but was returned with bumpy seams near the pockets and thread hanging by the stitching. The person behind the counter said that my coat couldn't be cleaned until alterations were made, and attempted to charge me $10 more. They didn't ask for my permission. When I questioned this, they promptly responded that they would lower the charge and swiftly processed the transaction with my bank card without batting an eye.

I have brought them stained jackets and they have cleaned them spotless, with a great turnaround time at a reasonable price. The staff at Eglinton Square Sketchley go out of their way to help customers and ensure that they are satisfied. Highly recommended.

They have always done an excellent job on all our dry cleaning and the small alterations / repairs have been quickly and look great. I once had take my sons jacket in to get off residue from Duct Tape he had put onto the back of it to create a Halloween costume. I thought it was a right off but they thought they could do it and they did! That kind of customer interaction and commitment is rare, and greatly appreciated. We are regulars at this location and I will go no where else! I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Once , I brought them a coat that needed some dry cleaning and they cleaned it spotless was very impressed with the quality and the cost of service was reasonable. The second time, I had a pair of pants that needed to be shortened and again they did a good job. The price for alteration is same everywhere. I am not sure why some reviews mention that the cleaners overcharge. They charge same as all other stores!

V	Varunan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcharged me to clean my mother's Canada Goose jacket ($140) and an extra $10 to "fix the fur" on the hood. Took three extra days over what he promised, not that big of a deal. When we got the jacket back we could feel metal rods that were for the fur that we definitely were not able to feel when we dropped the jacket off, and it's leaking down from inside the jacket, and was incredibly rude to my mother when she picked it up.
