ATTENTION!!!!! Terrible service!!!!! AVOID!!!! Even one star is a lot for the service you get there. Total disrespect of the customers ( woman with a headscarf will call you names when you say you are not happy with the cleaning). This place is absolute joke. Should be investigated also. They don't do environmental dry cleaning. My jacket came with a horrible chemical smell.

I live in the neighbourhood and have been taking my shirts, suits and other garments to this business for 15 years. They have performed dry cleaning, alterations and repairs on clothing and bedding. All work was done well. The owner is a soft-spoken, conscientious person who is always careful to manage my expectations. On more than a few occasions he has repaired and given new life to clothes which appeared to be beyond repair. He has extended other considerations, too, without being requested. I cannot address all of the concerns of the others posting here, however the statements about the owner's personality and honesty are fundamentally untrue.

Had such an awful experience here. I brought some items in to be repaired, a few simple sewing jobs. Each item had a couple places that needed patching and I explained this when I dropped them off and asked that all the rips be repaired. When I came to pick them up on the pick up date they had closed for an hour, I was on my way to work so I couldn't stick around to wait for them to come back. I came back a few days later and they informed me that there had been an error and my stuff was not ready as it had been forgotten. I needed the items for an event the next day and was forced to buy new items since I couldn't use these. When I went back a week later to pick up my items that I no longer needed they were ready but there was a repair missed on the jacket. They repaired in on the spot but when I got home I noticed that on two of my items more spots for repair had been missed. I had to bring to items back and have them redone. They were not very polite and gave me a hard time about bringing them back, stating that I only showed them the one spot for repair when I remember very clearly showing them multiple places that needed fixing. I am now looking at my stuff that I have picked up again and am noticing that there is still an unprepared spot on my jacket. I cannot be asked to go back again and have to deal with this business again. Highly unreliable and frustrating. There are so many other dryer cleaners and repair places in the city that I have had much better service at. I recommend avoiding this one!

Horrible, appalling work. I gave two suits to dry clean and they said it will be $20 per suit because they only do environmental dry cleaning. I said fine. When I got the clothes back, they stank of what smelled like toxic chemicals. At work, the odor was noticeable to others and also gave me a headache. I took the clothes back to the shop. They came back with the same horrible smell. I have tried everything (spraying them with air freshener, perfume, hanging them outside in the fresh air) but the smell just won't go away. I will have to take them to another dry cleaner. I went back to AP Cleaners shop asking if they could give me at least some of my money back given that I will just have to dry clean again and they were rude and said no.

This place has such a bad rep on Google reviews but I am a devout happy customer. I have had expensive dresses altered and dry cleaned from here and they have always been punctual and affordable. When I moved here I tried to look for a local tailor and found a very pricey one on the Danforth with a 5 star rating and they did a terrible job but the customer service was excellent. This place deserves a much higher rating. Hope you give them a chance.

Please, save yourself some time and energy, DON'T GO THERE! Half a star rating would be over-rated. I sent my wedding gown there for dry clean two months ago, and my mom went there a couple of times trying to pick it up and got refused...their answer was that you told us the wedding was done so we wanted to take the time to clean it. And because we are taking our time, we can offer you a deal by giving you a box for the gown once it's cleaned. This morning my mom went there again trying to pick it up and of course, got rejected. So I called and asked whether it's ready for pick up and what's up with the long wait. The guy working there was very impatient and kept on telling me that he is busy and I need to make up my mind. I told him that I want to pick up the dress today and once the box is ready, let me know so I will go pick up the box as well. Then he said he's still searching for the box! That did not make sense to me at all...my mom went to pick up the dress later on today. Because it was so big and all folded, she didn't check the dress there. But when we checked later at home, the dress was NOT CLEANED! And the crazy part is that the dirty spot is different from what I remembered. Now I'm thinking it's very likely that they rented my wedding gown to somebody else, and that's why they refused to have it picked up for so long...The box might just be an excuse. ..

This is my go-to dry cleaners for dry cleaning and alterations. They do a solid job in both arenas! They're very quick and honest and precise. It feels like a family business too and so that makes me happy and proud to support them!

I bought in 2 pants for hemming on a Saturday, the owner gave me an invoice, noting alteration would be done 3pm following Wednesday. When I went to pick up on the following Saturday. Owner noticed the 2 pants and said "oh, she must have forgot, she has NOT got a chance to do it". He apologized, I paid the invoice and the owner promised to deliver the alteration to my home after closing at 3pm the following Tuesday, TODAY. Sure enough, no one showed up at my door today. I called the store, everyone had left. Lesson 1: do not pay them in advance, NEVER. Lesson 2: give 2 weeks' leeway if you want alterations done here DO NOT be fooled by the store name
