K	Katheryne Beaudry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER bring your wedding dress here. They left stains and hardened patches all over the wedding dress and what’s more they didn’t own up to it. Pretended like there was nothing.
R	Raft Wars on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want amateur work go here. Paid $20 to get sleeves shortened on a dress shirt, did not move placket up, simply just cut it off. Tons of puckering at the cuff where she reattached it to the sleeve. Was told that she would fix it, came back a week later and same condition. Brought the same shirt to 1066 danforth (there is this tailor working in an islamic clothing store), fixed it for me for $5, does sleeve alterations for $10 and they are CLEAN. Moves the placket and everything. Do yourself a favor and just go straight there.

I usually drop of 8-10 high end items and she helps me a tiny bit. The older gentleman refuses to and is not very accommodating. On top of that the last dry cleaning I dropped of a few weeks ago, one skirt only had some of the stains removed, though they were all the same blood stains, they only got some of them out. The worst was when I got my dry cleaning home and opened the bag, a large big crawled out from that same skirt. There are so many places to do your dry cleaning. Do not do it here!!

I have been a faithful customer for 10+ years, and I do not live close by. I am no longer a customer and suggest finding someone more honest. Pissed!
D	Dave Seagrim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a leather jacket here to be cleaned. I gave them a deposit of $30.00 for the work. When I got it back the colour was largely removed and this jacket is now unwearable. I do understand that this was not their fault. They contract their leather cleaning. Also, I signed a form saying that the results may be questionable. That said, there was no apology from the owner. Her immediate stance was adversarial and she repeatedly pointed out that I'd signed a waiver and was therefore not entitled to a refund of my deposit. In a legal sense she is, of course, right. But my complaint here is not about the money I spent or about the quality of the work. It is simply about her lack of sympathy and (in my mind), ethics. It may not be her fault exactly that my jacket is ruined. But it was the fault of the company she contracted. Therefore I believe that the ethical thing to do here is to apologize profusely, refund my money, and then try to claim it back from their sub-contractor. For the sake of keeping my $30.00 she has lost my business forever. And in posting this people may hesitate to use her services. This will cost much more than $30.00. Interesting how just being a fellow human being and doing the right thing can actually be good business.

They decided to add a bottom triangle of fabric to the bottom as they said they just tried to make it the same as before. Didn't make any sense and ruined the shirt to the point that it can't be worn anymore because they also cut too much off.
