The building has excellent amenities like a gym and parking etc. I particularly like how they have a ramen/bubble tea place downstairs along with a circle K for convenience. Apart from the above, the staff here are also very nice. Lucia and KP both are very helpful and understanding of various situations. They go over and beyond to help out the residents. And Jose has been very helpful with any small repairs or tweaks you need done to your apartment. Overall, I would highly recommende this place if you are a university student or if you work at the hospital.

The unit was given to us in great condition, you can tell they give maintenance to the unit before you move in. Lucia and KB did a fantastic job showing us the units and answering all of our questions, even after we moved in. The common areas are always kept clean. Just yesterday I accidentally spilled coffee in the hallway, I let management know and now the spot is nowhere to be seen. We are so happy we decided to move here, our only regret, not doing it sooner.

O	Ozan Ozdemir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next year will be our 4th year here. This is a very clean and safe building but what we love the most is the friendly and professional on-site management (thank you Lucia). Also, I don't need to comment on the location as it already speaks for itself :)
