About Target Carpark

Established in 2006 to service a neglected market within the parking industry, Target Park identifies and revitalizes facilities and spaces that are either inefficiently operated or whose commercial parking potential has yet to be realized. Focused on creating new opportunities and successful operations for our partners along with improving the parking experience for our customers, Target Park is the experienced provider of first class, forward thinking parking experiences.

A commercial parking operator, Target Park manages parking facilities, finances their design and development, and provides consultation to landlords with respect to all parking and property management related matters. We embrace a short-sleeve protocol, and we know how to get things done.

We believe in fair market parking values. In today’s landscape, parking operators are either attempting to pry away parking facilities from one another by simply increasing the ante or expanding their market share by acquiring other companies. For the betterment of property owners as well as the parking industry, it is vital that we, as prudent operators, become more creative in our approach and add value to the properties we manage.

A few fundamental objectives inform how we approach each parking facility, all of which are essential to our mutual success:
> Customer Satisfaction
> Landlord Satisfaction
> Employee Satisfaction
> Environmental Responsibility
> Effective and Efficient Operations
> Community Involvement
> Research and Technology

Target Park values the relationships we develop. Our success stems from our relentless effort in approaching each property as if it were our own, keeping partners apprised and involved at all times. We have repeatedly proven that our philosophy of teamwork generates results.

I've had the locks picked on my car multiple times and the glove box/console gone theough. I have no valuables inside nor anything visible, it's just senseless Today they took it a step further and cut out the catalytic converter from underneath my car leaving it in need of expensive repairs. This occurred during the day I might add, so basically park at your own risk

Wish I could give it even less stars. First of all the place is absolutely filthy. I've encountered numerous needles, broken glass, used condoms and even human feces in the stairwells. Which judging by the neighborhood, I am not totally surprised. However, even when emailing the head office, these items are never removed or cleaned up in even a remotely acceptable time period. I never felt safe when parking here... I paid for a reserved stall on the main floor (while I was on a wait-list for hospital parking) and for what I paid, I expected better. One morning (1030 am), on a week day, I pulled into my spot. As I was getting out of my car I was approached by a man who threatened me with a weapon and took my car.... IF YOU HAVE TO PARK HERE, BE CAREFUL and no matter the time or day, make sure you are aware of your surroundings.

BEWARE! Parked here May 12 /21 2-8 pm shift. Someone tried to cut out my catalytic converter in parkade. Used a hack saw!

I understand the price might be tempting....but if you are a person looking to rob a car, or take car parts, this place is perfect. The cameras in the stairwells are for show the DO NOT work, its not busy and its secluded so your car is actually a really easy target, be careful! Awful place DO NOT PARK HERE. The money you will save will inevitably be spent on some sort breakin, or stolen car parts i.e. catalytic converters.

What a joke of a facility. Dirty, machines that barely work and big enough for trucks, but sizing limits are in place for whatever reason. Customer service is a joke too while inquiring. Judging by the reviews regarding theft and no security you're better off to park somewhere else for your wallets sake. I have nothing good to say about this place.

The machine is not user friendly. The parking building is crumbling, has trash, alcohol bottles, needles on the stairs. This building (across from University Hospital)is unkempt and the company is located in Toronto. The machine is antiquated and will charge you wrongly. I contacted the company regarding my charges several times to no avail. I emailed the company within 30 minutes and 3 weeks later, I received a response from Rick stating that I should have contacted him on the day of the incident and now it is too late to help. I replied him and now he is ignoring my emails. My money is paying their salary. I wonder what their mission, vision and values were when they started this business. I will call the BBB.

There is only one pro of this place and that is it’s probably the cheapest place the park around the hospital. The cons are that it’s filthy, the parkade spaces are quite small, I’ve had lots of friends have break ins there, there is always garbage in the stairways. I will continue to park there due to the prices but could definitely use better upkeep.

Unreasonably difficult and tedious process to apply for a month to month parking pass. Typical scummy company charging admin, activation, and cancellation fees. Unhelpful and unprofessional admin staff
