★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have I seen a filthier Wendy's. From unwired tables to LOCKED smelly restrooms our visit was memorable. NO we did not eat here but at adjoining Tim Hortons. Being directly across from UofA Hospital and near the University of Alberta is concerning.

Went here for food and bathroom. My wife asked some older white lady to use the woman's bathroom and she said it was out of order, not 10 seconds later a white lady asked for the same bathroom and she went and opened it. I purposely asked her I thought the washroom was out of order? She couldn't say anything. Short older white lady with glasses who worked at Wendy's, needless to say we don't buy anything from that Wendy's anymore but always buy from timmies as it is in the same building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally ran out of mayo. And could only serve certain things. I asked for wrap and they gave me a burger. They don't care about hospitality because people in the waiting room for loved ones in hospital will still put up with anything they throw at them. I pray you never have to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a decent Wendy's location that is pretty consistent in their service and food quality. This location does see a lot of traffic due to it's location and proximity to the hospital and University and parking is often a bit of a problem, but if you're already at the Hospital or University, it's well worth the walk.
