Chosen by our home builder for closet shelving, shower glass and mirrors. Took 2 months to even get wire shelving (which was readily available at Home Depot) and glass and mirror appointments were cancelled the day before installation was scheduled. Extremely poor communication from this vendor, we were treated as an afterthought for the most part. Installers showed up one day by accident as they had no idea anyone even lived in our house - they were simply passing by with some of our hardware. Other builders in our area all have the same products installed in their build on time with no issue, only this supplier seems unable to supply product. We finally tired of waiting on some of our shelving and had third party contractors build custom shelving instead. The product itself is fine once you get it, but the service by this company is extremely poor and I would avoid using them at all cost. I have gone so far as to not recommend our builder to others simply because of this supplier.

Product seems good. Website links don't work to plan your closet. So I visited the store on Monday. I was made aware that I should have made an appointment. Kirsten was kind enough to show me the showroom but made me aware that they close in 10 minutes. She ask me to send her an email with the dimensions that I need. When I did not hear from her I went back to the store to asked on Tuesday afternoon, she was not available. I got an email on Wednesday that was not clear to me. I called her asked her how the ordering system work and explained that that I do not understand as the video explaining the planning process on their website does not work and I am trying to do business but they seems reluctant to take the order and it is frustrating that the video of how their planning system works does not work. At first she said there is not video. I had to show her to her own website. She said if I would like to order from any other supplier I am welcome to do so. I thanked her and call back asked to speak to the Manager. After "20" minutes talking to Coy and him explaining all the problems that he is having getting supplies and people. He showed reluctance to take orders. I realized that it is a waste of time. Sorry but their video of the happy people working there is a stage show.

They're awful. They aren't considerate of your time. They were chosen by our builder to install wire shelves in closets and pantries. They scheduled three meetings with the builder. However, they did not show up in all the three appointment. We kept on waiting since morning missed our other important work. Wasted our time. They are horrible. I'm not sure how someone can be so careless.

Our builder used Simple Spaces for our closet Shelving, shower glass and mirrors. We moved in May 2021 with all of those items for our basement on back order. Fast forward 8 months later our mirror was installed a few weeks ago, we are still waiting on our glass and shelving. The shelving team has now given us two days of waiting around with no actual install and their offices aren't open to follow up on install times.

I would hope that they would communicate at all. That is how your home would really look like without their product - (too) simple, (just) spaces and not a home solution. Just bare. When you follow up, they will hit you with a back order email where they should have prioritized you since you are waiting the longest but no, they will send you a "delay delivery and will just call to schedule" email reply. - as if you should have availability for them everyday and waiting for the callback, if any. They do not answer phone calls when you follow up. Just so unfortunate that reputable builders take a hit too working with this company. They lack professionalism and sincerity. Unable to hold their people accountable and lacks time management skills needed for the job. Does not show sense of urgency to do the job. They need more customer service training.

Took the day off work today and was reassured that closets were being installed today. One team came and installed half a hallway closet and told me that the other half of the materials are backordered. Would have been nice for head office to tell me that as I would have just requested them to install everything at once rather than in pieces. There was a second team that was supposed to be handling my master closet. I get an email at 10:13am saying that they wont be coming as they are feeling unwell and when I emailed back, I get an out of office reply from the coordinator. Not ONE call to inform us. An email. I already dismantled my closets so NOW I have clothes laying all over and nowhere to put them. I'm not being told I will have to wait 5 days for them to install my master closet. terrible communication. I still haven't received calls back from messages I left a few days ago.

Would definitely not recommend using this outfit. We got possession of our newbuild in October 2021. Almost 6 months later, we are still waiting for our closet shelving/racks to be installed. Before this, we were waiting for glass and mirrors. I understand there are supply chain issues, but their customer service has been the worst. They scheduled us on certain days (since December) and never showed up. More than once. Very frustrating when you take days off from work to have this done. Even more frustrating that they don’t return calls. Communication has been horrible. They have been here on 3 different days to install glass and mirrors and still have to come again due to a mistake they made on the type of glass for our pantry door. They were scheduled to come today to replace the pantry door glass but it didn’t get done because they had glass for a transom instead. I don’t know what is going on at their end that they keep making these mistakes. Seems like an awful lot of waste (of glass) on their part as well. Besides the glass installers, another team was also scheduled to come today to install all of our closet racks β€” but again, they didn’t show. No calls to explain. My husband left a message, no returned calls, and judging from the past, we won’t get a call back until maybe next week. From the number of times the installers have been here, the installers themselves have been pleasant to deal with and efficient β€” but something obviously is being dropped at the office. They seem pretty disorganized as they can’t seem to book, confirm or stick to appointment dates. And then no one calls you back. It would be nice to be able to speak to someone who knows what they are doing, to be supplied with what we have paid for, and for them to stick to their schedule.

Used Home Solutions Simple Spaces through my builder. The builder cancelled them sadly and I ended up with a brutal subpar company taking over Jo-Anne's designs. I then used Home Solutions Simple Spaces three times after possession to install, mirrors, closet, and blinds. Amazing! The workers left my spaces cleaner than they found them, all installs were flawless, everything was timely and better than expected, they were so polite and kind and knew what they were doing. No clue why my builder switched as the company the hired after is abysmal and has been nothing but problems (2 month in and still issues, lower quality materials, workers who smashed up my new walls and paint, swiss cheesed my walls, didn't clean up, tried to not address the issues so had to get builder involved...). You won't regret using Home Solutions, the entire process was organized and pain free. I feel the value exceeds what I paid for and I never once had a worry about what was going on. Kelsey was awesome for blinds, Ryan did amazing install, I can't the others names but all the installs were superb. Great!
