The pharmacy is the worst I ever dealt with! Every time I call I sit on hold for 30 plus minutes. It is an absolute joke, no one picks up the phone. Like right this minute I am on hold it’s been 30 mins and I haven’t even had one person answer the phone!

I didn't get much help during my shopping this store either beauty boutique or pharmacist. ..The customer service at this store was not even worth one Star. Especially the cosmetic department lady came to help but she gave me without checking the item for that wasn't I was asking for . However I had to go back this store for exchanging.. So much works for this simple item..

Have a good selection however staff isn't friendly. I checked out at Cosmetics and the guy there didn't even say hello or anything. I was in a hurry to I took my stuff to leave and I said have a good day and all he did was focus on the next person behind me. The girl working there is okay but still not very kind.

Not even a shred of any customer service left in this place. I had a prescription faxed there a week ago. When I arrive (since no one called me), I’m told that they don’t act on prescriptions (not even enter into the computer) until the patient contacts them. Then, they tell me to come back in 2.5 hours. This is a prescription for a simple cream that is sitting the the shelf behind them! When I asked why is it taking this long, they look at me and say that they have other prescriptions to fill. I find that completely unacceptable and not believable at all. All this with not even a slightest sign of courtesy or any service! What is the world coming to when we are expected to accept this? They charge a significant fee for this β€œservice”…

This has got to be the worst Pharmacy I've ever used. They constantly confuse my prescriptions and one of the staff is quite aggressive. Is easier to drive 5 miles to their store to order the prescription as they don't seem to answer the phone very often. I'm going to try the one on 203rd and pray they are not the same. Go there at your own risk.

The woman working February 9th afternoon, she started around 3pm. I've been calling the pharmacy all afternoon and they kept saying my prescription wasn't faxed there. Finally I asked her if she could call the clinic to see what's going on because I already called the clinic and this wasn't my job to figure it out. She said NO. That's it, end of.. and then she hung up on me. WOW, nice attitude lady. No wonder people need blood pressure medication just to deal with picking up their other medications from a place where they ran out of fcks to give. If she's having a miserable life she shouldn't work with the public.

The pharmacy here is literally the worst. You could stand there for hours and they still wouldn't acknowledge you or try and help you. Either they are blind or rude. A simple I'll be right with you goes a long way. 4 people behind the counter. Not 1 of them came to the counter to help me. A 30 minute staring contest later and I left. This is why I try not to go there for anything. Avoid this place if you dont have all day to wait around for service

I suspect if I walked out of the store without paying the full amount for my items I would be stopped by the security or the police would be called. However when there's a price issue - scanner price vs price on sign - the staff will argue, fabricate stories why the sign is wrong and make up their own policy instead of complying with posted official policy which states the following: Retailers will implement an Item Free Scanner Policy as follows: 1.1Β On a claim being presented by the customer, where the scanned price of a product at checkout is higher than the price displayed in the store or than advertised by the store, the lower price will be honoured; and (a)Β if the correct price of the product is $10 or less, the retailer will give the product to the customer free of charge; or (b)Β if the correct price of the product is higher than $10, the retailer will give the customer a discount of $10 off the correct price. And if you are a senior they give the impression that you are senile and they can pull the wool over your eyes. They wasted 30 min. of my time tonight with this issue, caused a number of customers to be angry and after a call to someone by the supervisor, had to follow the official policy. This is not the first incident for us at this store and after more than 20 years of shopping here we will not be going back there. We don't need to put up with this kind of terrible customer service or support a business where this type of service is tolerated.
